It was delivered timely and I also received a notice of delivery with a picture, which is very helpful to anyone ordering online. It just gives you that assurance that it got to the recipient as promised. The only small item is that the picture I received with the delivery notice was the online picture and not the actual arrangement as the recipient had sent me a picture of it. It would be better to see the actual item that was made. I was very happy to see it was just as beautiful! I would definitely use them again! Thank you!

We’ve used Grow With Us Florist for the last several years and when we first started we were so glad we found them. Lately, I haven’t used them in a while because the last delivery was a little less than fresh and the prices increased. Well it had been several months to a year and I thought I’d try again and the same thing happened. Honestly, I don't know how they do it. I've relied on bloom nation for several family occasions in the past but the two most recent were last minute decisions, the day of the event. After easily sorting through several attractive options I quickly found something in my budget. The arrangement fell short of my expectations. However, I think it’s my fault as I choose the $100 custom arrangement (that’s just the arrangement, it was $120 all in) where the florist gets carte blanche. That was my mistake. I was looking for something grand and got a normal arrangement. I reached out to the florist when they sent me a picture to ask if that was it but never received a response. They did a great job on the delivery and I really wanted to support a local business. I would use them again but next time I’d pick the arrangement myself vs giving them the autonomy with a $100 budget.

I received the flowers and was very disappointed with them. Several of the flowers (purple) were wilted, one of the flowers had black on the petals, and it certainly was not the quality I was expecting. I have no words for the container that the candy came, you can see it in the picture. I went with the premier arrangement to make sure that my wife got something special. She didn't. I called to check and make sure that the premier flower package had been sent and someone confirmed that I received the correct package. There was no offer to try to help fix the situation.

I ordered an arrangement, typed out a card, and crossed my fingers that the it wouldn't just be the "thought" that counted (things have gone horribly wrong in my experience with this). I got a call this morning raving about how beautiful the arrangement was. I ordered a plant instead of cut flowers, and the family said its the most gorgeous item in their home. And even bigger than the picture shows (yes, I got an emailed picture of my actual arrangement before it was delivered, great peace of mind). Totally satisfied with this long distance order. It is always hard to know when you are picking a florist in another city what you will ultimately get. In this case, what we got met every expectation and then some. The ordering process was easy. The shop sent a photo of the arrangement once it was done (even looked like the photo that was presented on the website when I ordered). Then, the shop followed up with an email confirming that it had been delivered. It was a same day delivery and the time from when I placed the order to when it was delivered was less than 1/2 a day.
