About the Shop
In 2025, Greenwich Floral changed ownership to lead designer Anita MacDonald. She looks forward to continue serving customers in the Southern California region since the launch of the business almost a decade ago.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

The flower arrangement I ordered for a hospital patient was gorgeous! I'm hesitant about ordering arrangements online as I've been disappointed in the past. This was not the case! This statement is from the recipient of this bouquet (I sent her flowers b/c she spent the last few hours of a mutual friend’s life attending to her and eventually calling the ambulance when needed). This lovely person went above and beyond despite losing her own husband this year and I wished to cheer her up and Thank her for being there when I couldn’t: “Oh my goodness!! That was such a sweet thing to do to send me a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a fun vase! We both need these flowers

I was very pleased with my experience. Very informative and friendly service on the phone, even though owner was away on vacation. Flowers arrived as scheduled and I was told by the recipients they were beautiful. Would definitely recommend! Many thanks!
