After a misunderstanding on the delivery Greenskeeper went beyond any requirement to provide the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are an amazing part of our community and I strongly recommend them for any of you needs.
Amazing company that understands their customers!!! Mistakes happen, 99% are unattended but it’s all about your actions when they do. I can promise you Greenskeeper Florist wrote the book on customer satisfaction!

I originally ordered flowers for my mom’s 75th birthday, but the arrangement that arrived was nothing like the photo online. It even included dark purple flowers that looked almost black, which didn’t feel right for such a special occasion. I left a negative review out of frustration.

To my surprise, the owner, Patti, reached out to me right away. She sent a replacement arrangement to my mom the next day. This time, it was absolutely beautiful, tastefully done, and exactly what I had hoped for. My mom loved it.

I truly appreciate Patti’s personal response and her commitment to making things right. That kind of genuine customer service is rare these days, especially compared to the big corporate florists. Thank you, Patti — you’ve earned my future business, and I know you value mine.

I placed an order for this lovely arrangement as a 75th birthday present for my godmother 5 days before her big day. She sent me pictures of what she received (on a Saturday) and I have to say I was quite disappointed. The arrangements did not have the orchids and certainly was not as lush as what was pictured. I responded back to the delivery email with my thoughts. The said they would refund my credit card and redo/redeliver a new **correct** arrangement on Monday. While that is nice and the right thing to do, it did take away from the grandness of what was supposed to be her 75th birthday present. I was disappointed and will not use Greenskeeper Florist again.

These beautiful flowers were for our mother who was celebrating her 72nd wedding anniversary, sadly without our father. Since they lived and worked at Brookgreen Gardens from 1954 until 1994, this arrangement -- The Brookgreen -- seems just the right one.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
