This was my first time using this florist . I was very impressed with the entire transaction . Website was easy to navigate , & there was a great selection of in stock choices . I placed my order 20 mins before closing hours , my flowers were delivered before noon the next day . The recipient sent me a photo (was exactly what I ordered ) & was thrilled to receive such a pretty arrangement . I have used several online companies only to be disappointed each time . Thank you for your professionalism and getting this delivery done on time. Beautiful plants. And very nice coasters. A slight note, I think the name "Garden of Eden" should be on the back of the coasters and not on the front, this kind of detracts from the images on the coasters. I do not see these words on the coasters on the selection page. Will definitely make use of your floral and gift services again when the time comes. Thanks again.

Ordered the “Fields of Europe “ arrangement for our wedding anniversary. What was delivered was nice but it wasn’t even close to the picture of the arrangement I ordered.
I have been doing business with GOE for 20 years. During that time if an arrangement could not be put together as ordered due to the lack of inventory of certain flowers I would receive a phone call with a suggestion or two to modify the order. This didn’t happen this time.
So I’m disappointed with the arrangement that we received.

I ordered these flowers online for my daughter birthday In Baltimore Maryland. I accidentally put my address here in Florida. The day they were supposed to be delivered , my daughter got a phone call that said the flowers would be delivered today in Florida. She texted me immediately to let me know. Confused I called Garden of Eden and spoke with Kathy. She looked up my order and said yes you put your address. I said oh no I don’t know what happened. Can I order another bouquet for my daughter birthday today and I’ll gladly pay extra. Kathy said let me call you back. About 20 minutes later she called and said I’ve got a flower shop In Baltimore that is going to deliver the flowers. They kept the flowers that were on the way to me and put them in there flower case to be sold in the shop. Kathy went above and beyond. I thank you so much!! I originally tried to order flowers for my mom in Palm Coast through one of the national websites since I live in a different state. After several failed attempts at fulfilling my order, I found Garden of Eden in Palm Coast! Being in a different state and different time zone, it was amazing to be able to order for delivery online. They delivered on time, had no issues with my directions getting into the gated neighborhood, and the bouquet was beautiful!! My mom loved them. My only suggestion to improve would be send an automated text or email right after the flowers have been delivered (I got the email several hours later). But other than that, it was a wonderful experience! I’d order again from here.

I am extremely disappointed. I've been ordering flowers from Garden of Eden for many years. My friend was away and unable to receive the flowers. She called and asked if you could deliver them later but was told you couldn't do that. That's pretty inflexible of you - it seems to me you could have made that accommodation.

Garden of Eden really came through for us the day of my Mother's funeral. The arrangement that arrived at the house prior to her funeral was not the one we ordered. Apparently the designer created the medium sized arrangement instead of the large arrangement that we ordered. Joe came through for us with flying colors. Not only did he immediately create another arrangement to make up for the mistake a few hours prior to the service, it was even more incredible than what we had ordered. After two failed order attempts and two refunds with 1800flowers and FTD, I was finally able to get a beautiful arrangement delivered to my mom in Florida (I’m in North Carolina) by dealing directly with a local florist. Garden of Eden Florist put together a beautiful arrangement that looked almost identical to the picture on their website and they delivered it successfully on the day I requested. When they had to make a substitution with one of the flowers, they alerted me ahead of time to what they were out of and what they’d be substituting them with. 1800flowers never even contacted me that the order couldn’t be fulfilled. I had to keep calling to find out what was up. FTD contacted me, but offered a less than acceptable alternative. Garden of Eden came through in all aspects and I was extremely pleased and grateful. I will definitely continue to deal locally moving forward. Thank you, Garden of Eden, for redeeming a very frustrating situation.

The whole experience from start to finish was great. Ordering from the website was clear and user friendly. Garden of Eden is very good at keeping us posted on updates to our order. For example “Your order was received. “ “is being prepared” “now out for delivery”. Of course we got confirmation when delivered. The recipient was delighted with he arrangement and goodies we chose. I've been using this wonderful florist since 2018, when my son's mother in law was in the hospital. I sent her a small arrangement that cheered her up. Sadly my next order was for her memorial service in 2019. I attended and saw for myself how beautiful and fresh the flowers were that I'd chosen. It far surpassed my expectations and my daughter in law loved it because it was purple, her favorite color.

No, I didn’t like my recent experience and probably won’t be ordering with you guys. It’s a shame, because I wanted to support local businesses. Picture of the order and the actual bouquet weren’t matching at all! Even the vase was different and cheaper version. I’ve paid $140 for this gift for a special person hoping it would be special…
