Bouquet is beautiful. Didn’t give 5 stars because it was delivered a day earlier than the day I ordered it to be delivered. I even received an email receipt saying it was delivered on the day I requested yet that was untrue. There was a reason I choose the delivery date that I did and I was disappointed that they not only delivered it a day early but sent me an email that falsely stated it was delivered on the correct day. I hope the bouquet lasts as long as we need it.

My mom loved the flowers, but unfortunately, they were delivered a day too early for her birthday. It was really important they arrived on the day I asked for, 9 August. As this was expensive, and I placed the ordered in advance, i had hoped this wouldn’t be an issue.

The overall arrangement was lovely. The color palette and flower varieties was nice, but the roses were wilted and some of the petals were shriveled.

My delivery was supposed to be on May 21. On May 22 in am I called and the person said he would check on it and call me back. He called back and said, "yes, it was delivered yesterday afternoon". I called my wife's job to ask, as she hadn't said anything. The receptionist, at 10am, said it had just arrived. The day after my wife's birthday, and they lied to me about it being delivered the previous day.
The arrangement and delivery were both excellent. Job well done.

The arrangement more than exceeded my expectations. The recipient couldn't believe how beautiful, vibrant and full the flowers were. And, the accompanying chocolates were reported to be quite delicious!
I ordered this for my sister's birthday. I upgraded to the premium version. It not only arrived on time, but my sister and her family all loved it! They had never seen a "flower cake " before and couldn't get over how real it looked. I asked her to text me a picture of it to see how it actually looked compared to the one on the website and it was just gorgeous! Thank you so much!

I got a call from the florist telling me the flowers that came in did not meet their standards and were willing to upgrade the flowers for free, no catch or anything. They were very helpful with the delivery and I definitely recommend calling if you need anything specific with the way the flowers get delivered. I want to thank everyone here at Gaithersburg florist for working with me. I would 100% recommend
The flowers were beautiful and I paid extra for additional add ins. But as a whole were predominantly white, instead of red. A bit disappointed since it was a Christmas bouquet.

Everything was excellent except that there was a misunderstanding in regards the message I wanted to deliver which was more the 200 words limit on the website. Therefore I called the shop and spoke wit a gentleman to whom I explained the situation and agreed to have the message sent through email so it could be transferred to the card on the flowers. Unfortunately that didn’t happen and my wife received a card saying “message as per email”. Sad
Gaithersburg florist created a fabulous arrangement for our celebration of life. Delivery was timely and we were able to do it all on line.

The order arrived at the end of Mother's Day. The flowers were wilted, of little color, and in disarray. Additionally, I had ordered a deluxe bouquet ($185) at an extra cost and received the standard bouquet. The bouquet they sent was not even worth $100. I attempted to contract the florist and left both phone and email messages and have yet to speak to anyone. I would not recommend this florist.

We were disappointed that the delivery was so late in the afternoon, when we requested a morning delivery. The item received by the recipient did not look like this picture. There were no pink and yellow roses, but rather flowers that looked like daisies. Very different. The order said "Add mylar balloons" and they only received one balloon.
I called the place an order nobody picked up. I placed an order online, but it never came the day that it said it would on the confirmation and payment page for Valentine’s Day. I waited until the next day it’s still never came. I called and spoke to the owner to cancel my order. He was very nice and apologetic and offered if he could send her flowers for half price told him i explained it was already after the holiday and I would rather cancel my order. I know I called the day of Valentines and I’m sure he was very busy. Other florist on their website said the next possible date of delivery was on the 15th the day after Valentine’s Day. Another website said they were too busy and couldn’t process any new orders. Maybe next time his website can be updated like other area florists to avoid this situation. I guess I am part to blame for ordering the day of rather than days prior.

Two weeks in advance, I ordered delivery of two bouquets of flowers for delivery. When I needed to cancel the orders no one responded to my emails or answered the phone. I delivered flowers to my friends on a Friday only to find the expensive bouquets I hoped were cancelled were delivered on Saturday.
After ordering the Tranquil of Tears on line and from out of town, I realized I requested the flowers be delivered to the funeral home in Gaithersburg, I learned the family used the funeral home in DC. Telling my story to your team member, he called and made arrangements to have the arrangement delivered to DC. I will forever be in your debt for going out of your way to assist me. My family was thrilled with the arrangement. Thank you for your kindness…

While flowers received didn't look exactly like the ones shown on the florist's web site, they did more than well enough and the recipient loved them. Also ordered chocolates and recipt called them truffles so that was a plus. Would order from this vendor again

The Sunflowers were amazing. On her birthday, my daughter unabashedly hugged the vase each time she passed them. Her memories of these type of flowers are strongr than I ever knew. I didn't know a florist could put them together (design) as magnificent as they were.

You emailed me to write a review of the flowers I ordered for my Uncle and Godfather to be delivered to him at his nursing home on his birthday. I ordered them on Monday for Tuesday delivery. As of this moment (Wednesday morning), they still have not been delivered. I guess you guys are better at getting out emails than you are the actual orders.

My order arrived with someone else’s card! And, I specifically asked for NO lilies because my mom can’t stand the smell. Bouquet had lilies. So..not impressed.
The rest of the bouquet was lovely..but my mom had to “guess” who sent it.
Luckily the flower arrangement and delivery address were correct however, the card message was for a passing of a family member and the card received ended up being a "Happy Birthday" message from another sender. During this very difficult time for the recipient, it was unfortunate to hear they received that card.
When I emailed the florist, the response was unprofessional (sent from their phone), dismissive and there was lack of accountability.
Flowers came late after valentines without communication. Haven’t received my refund.

I had asked for a custom $150 flower arrangement with rose gold and accents of silver. They were delivered on time, with scratches all over the vase so recipient had to cover with ribbon before their party. She messaged me today with a picture showing they all died in less than 2 days. VERY Disappointing for a surprise 50th bday centerpiece.
The bouquet was exactly as described and as shown in the picture. The delivery was on the same day requested and they arrived in great condition.
Smaller size overall than the premium size expected...looked more like standard. Also disappointing no lavendar roses given that was the advertised specific color scheme. The pink was just ok, totally changed the appearance. I was looking for lavendar and white colors to match wedding colors. Wishing someone had reached out to note the change needed, and discussed alternatives, rather than the switch to pink. The overall flower arrangement and quality of flowers looked good, just a lot smaller display then expected and wrong color with the pink. Liked the same day delivery. Felt pricey for what was received compared to other local and national vendors used prior...didnt exude the $160 spent. Would have loved a better experience given was excited to support a local business rather than a larger chain. Hoping the feedback helps, since overall the website and ordering were good....tracking was not up to date by the way, already was delivered for hours before tracking updated.
The flowers were beautiful and the vase is fantastic (I thought it was a basket from the picture but it's bark-wrapped glass). There was a very nice mix of flowers, more than in the picture.
Beautiful arrangement and delivered on time. But website is misleading. It allowed me to arrange pickup at the Gaithersburg location, which was my preference. Then, i got a call that I either had to pick up the flowers in Clarksburg, or they would deliver free of charge. Fair enough. The flowers arrived in a nice vase, but with no card, which I had duly completed on line. I was not home when they arrived, and the person at home took them in and put the flowers on the dining room table, 6 ft from the front door. I searched everywhere, even outside, for the card. Where could it have fallen in the six feet from the door? No card, only the telltale plastic fork- like holder that was still intact in the arrangement. I immediately called the shop, and was told that the delivery guy swore he delivered the arrangement with the card. When I asked the person at the shop what I should do when I present the flowers to my wife (they are for our 25th wedding anniversary), he said I could 'sing her a song'. Not a particularly good response. A very bittersweet experience. I am sure this florist knows that flowers are given for important events in people's lives, and thus must be perfect. Not so in this case. So, while I would recommend patronizing thus provider, verify that all components of your arrangement will be delivered. Or pick it up, as I originally intended.

The order I placed wasn’t on time and it was incomplete, I payed for the bouquet and the balloons and they just delivered the flowers. I sent an e-mail but I didn’t get an answer. I’m out of town so I couldn’t do anything else.

Only slight negative was delivery was past 7pm on requested day. However, in these days of Covid and short staffing, I will give them a pass. The level of care and design of the arrangement demonstrates their professionalism.

The recipient of the flowers sent a picture after receiving and they looked just like the website photo (sunflowers, roses and snapdragons). She said they were beautiful. It was Mothers' Day occasion and they were supposed to deliver the day before .. and they missed the date ... the bouquet was fine and everyone was happy with the outcome... I will use them again and recommend them to others.
They didn't call the recipient as instructed and they didn't leave the note or name. So the recipient was not home when it arrived and also couldn't figure out who it was coming from till I checked up with them the day after.......
Only giving 3 stars. The yellow lilies are beautiful but the purple flowers are a bit lifeless. Also, arrangement was to be delivered 5/11 and were for our receptionist. They must have been delivered after 5:00 because they were there this morning. A little upsetting because they were supposed to be for Receptionist's Day, which was yesterday.
The arrangement was beautiful and fresh. The delivery person called my mom to facilitate dropping them off as she wasn’t at her apartment at the time. He then took a picture and texted to her where they were located. Very reliable and excellent service!

Flowers were delivered a day late. Missed my daughter's birthday. Called company after 5pm and no delivery. Phone message never identified the business and never got a return call. Flowers were pretty. Got review request stating they were delivered on the requested day and were not. Will not use them again or recommend. Quite disappointing
