I just love Fountain Designs!! The arrangement they sent to my aunt was perfect!! The over-the-phone order (I'm in California) with Cody was easy, personable, professional, friendly, and helpful. Cody was patient with me in getting just what I wanted for my aunt's 83rd birthday (Aug. 11, 2021).
I had four arrangements picked out online that I possibly wanted to purchase. Cody did say that they may not be able to make an arrangement exactly as I wanted as they were low on certain flowers at the time I phoned him, due to being very busy. Cody even suggested I go to another florist who might possibly have more of a supply, but I didn't want to risk using a florist that wouldn't meet my standards and so I told Cody I would be more than willing to work with him in getting what I wanted because I believe in him and Fountain Designs so much.
Cody was able to make an arrangement from one of my choices and the only flower they couldn't include in the arrangement was a lily, but I suggested a hydrangea and it worked beautifully in the arrangement.
I had tried three different florists before coming across Fountain Designs two years ago, and this was my second yearly order with them, and I plan to keep them for all my florist needs!!
I love how they sent me emails when I purchased the flowers, then again when the flowers were delivered and then a picture of the arrangement that was delivered... they kept me up-to-speed in all ways possible. :)
Being I was in California making a phone order, I was putting my wants into another person's hands, and by not being there in person or being able to pick them up myself, to maybe request a change or to even ask to add an extra flower or two, I was worried about the final end result. Also, in the past, I've felt that the other florists I have tried, have cut a corner here and there on my out-of-town/state orders, making the arrangements less-than what was pictured (but still charging the same price) because they don't have to deal directly/in-person with me. In a sense, it's like... what they (me) don't know, won't hurt them (me). But family members have sent me photos of what they received from the other florists and I was disappointed in what I paid for and in what my family actually got. But for the last two years, I have had full faith and trust in Cody and Fountain Designs with no worries.
I highly recommend Fountain Designs to everyone who desires a great flower arrangement and great customer service!! You won't regret it!! :D

I placed this order at 7 p.m. the day before Mother’s Day and they had the order out around noon on Mother’s Day! Not only were they quick with excellent service, but other shops in town said they were too busy to help us.

The recipient sent me a picture of the arrangement after she received them.. It was identical to the picture presented on your website. I did a live chat with your representative right after I placed the order because I forgot to put the hospital room number when ordering. The representative assured me the room number would be added. My recipient received her flowers the same day I ordered. Very pleased!!
