Omg, I walked into this quaint little shop met the owner and she put together a gorgeous bouquet of sunflowers. She had to have them brought in and had them out before the time she said it was gonna be delivered. I am so excited. I have found a new florist close to me. Thank you so much.

I bought these flowers for a coworker whose mom passed away. I do not live in her state and as a matter of fact, I had called many other florists trying to give them my business. No one else answered the phone. I left a message on the receipt that I wanted a picture of the bouquet before it was sent and that's exactly what I got. As a matter of fact, I work from home so I didn't answer the lady right away. She kept reaching out until she got a hold of me, sent the bouquet to another phone number at my request and allowed me to approve it. I thought it was going to take an hour to get to her house and she had the flowers 10 minutes after. These people are prompt, have great customer service and charge very reasonable prices. If I ever need to buy flowers for somebody else in that area again, these will be the people I call.

I was not happy at all with the flowers that were delivered. I called and told the lady at the store that I had a picture of what I ordered and a picture of what my sister received and they looked nothing alike. The lady finally agreed to credit my credit card for $20.00 (which is what I paid for the delivery fee). I certainly learned a lesson, don’t order flowers for $70.00 unless it’s a reputable business.

I have sent flowers to my wife a few times in the last few years and will occasionally send a bouquet to my mom and every time they put together a really beautiful arrangement which everyone lives in a really beautiful stylish vase and never any problems with delivery. The flowers are not just beautiful but they last quite a while before they all die. The only issue I have ever had is they misspelled my wife's name on my last order but she still loved them.

Very disappointed in this order for Mother's Day for my wife. The flowers were delivered wilted, completely dry foam block and half the flowers weren't even stuck into the foam. I am not in the states and I thought using a local florist would have been better than a 1800 service. It was not the quality I would have expected for what I paid.

Online, it asks if we have any special directions. I asked that the flowers be delivered by 11:00 am on the day of delivery, giving 3 days notice of the request. The flowers came after 12:00 pm, after the person who was supposed to receive them had left for the day.
The card that was delivered with the flowers did have the message on it that I asked for, however it was handwritten and looked like a child had written it.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered on Mother's Day. The delivery person called me to let me know I had the had entered the wrong phone # for my mom. She had tried to deliver the flowers, but no one answered the door and called but the # was disconnected (my mistake). I contacted the delivery person, and let them know it was ok to leave the flowers at the door. Excellent customer service! My mom complimented me on the beautiful flowers we sent. Would 100% use this florist again.

Well to be perfectly honest I was very disappointed with the arrangement. I had upgraded to the deluxe and the size was still extremely small. The quality of the flowers were also disappointing. For the money spent I cannot at this time recommend this shop.
