I was disappointed with the plant that was sent. I wish I had sent flowers now instead. I wish that I would have had plants to choose from and this one looks pretty skimpy, not at all what I wanted.
I didn't get to see it in person however; I was told it was very pretty. Although, I did think it was a little pricey. Thank you

Ordering was easy, and it was delivered on time directly to the funeral home. It looked more beautiful in person and I appreciated the handwriting on the card instead of it being computer printed. Excellent job!
I was frankly disappointed with the appearance of the peace lily I ordered to honor my best friend. I ordered a full plant with a number of blooms, and the plant looked alittle sorry next to the other plants. Another peace lily was by the coffin, which looked more worthy of the price I paid for mine, and what I would have liked. The bow did not look very uniform, and of all the peacelies I order for funerals, This was the most expensive for the size and just not as nice and full. The other one looked "special", and this one looked kind of like the last one available. It seems like you take a a risk when you order online. Sorry!

The recipient of these beautiful flowers was so touched. The “bloom snap” that was sent to me at the time of delivery was a lovely added bonus and I wish all florists offered that service. I originally placed my order for March 20, but the delivery date was changed (without checking with me) to March 25. the day before the services. As of today, March 27, I have received no notice that the delivery has been completed. I cannot pay for something that was never completed, and will contact my credit card company accordingly. "Terrible" does not adequately address the non-service of Flowers Premier Sympathy!

Dear Mr Swerczek, You order was changed based not the date of the family arriving to the funeral home and the private services taking place at Jefferson Barracks military cemetery. We coordinate with the funeral home as their dedicated florist service. We can assure you that delivering a plant 5 days ahead would not be good for the plant. Additionally, you were sent a photo of the plant sent on your behalf and a delivery confirmation at approximately 7:15 am on the correct date (3/25) for the family and we had confirmed with the funeral director, to ensure it was coordinated. You were also sent the photo and the delivery confirmation to your email as soon as they were uploaded and confirmed. Please check your "spam" folders in your email as this happens on occasion. If you find the emails we would greatly appreciate you letting us know. If you have any other questions or would like further clarification please call us at 1-888-293-2252.

I ordered the floral arrangement in the picture with relatively short notice. The order I placed was with red flowers and the florist called me right after I placed the order. He let me know he did not have enough red flowers on hand. I asked his suggestion on other colors and he suggested we use white flowers. When I saw the arrangement at the funeral, I was so very pleased. The arrangement was big and beautiful and white was certainly the right choice. Thank you!!

Honestly for the amount of money spent I would have thought it would have been a little more than a grass type plant.

I placed a last minute order and left a note in the instructions asking for help getting my arrangemnent delivered for an early in the day funeral. Not only did they accomodate this request, they rushed over a delivery to make the visitation within hours of my order! Fabulous customer service!!!

Best experience I have ever had ordering flowers. The florist sent me a photo of my flowers before delivery and a text once they were delivered. I love this!!! I will recommend them to all of my friends.
Flowers were very pretty but not exactly like the photo. Most of the flowers were all purple-very bright but other colors would have been nice to add.
Flowers were delivered on time. Appreciated the photo of the actual basket of flowers. Very disappointed as to the number of flowers that were included. Expected a fuller arrangement.
They were nice but I was expecting some blooms and a fuller bow so they were more generic that I envisioned. But it was the thought that counts.

t was pretty but a lot smaller of the one I ordered, your advertising picture seem to give the idea of a much bigger arrangement. I feel like I bought a dozen gladiolus in small pot. it was dissapointing and embarrasing to have sent such a small arrangement,.

I was unable to attend the funeral. The family was pleased with the flowers, Myself upon looking at the picture I just saw I thought it needed a couple more flowers. My personal opinion if you would show an arrangement picture.I think you might sell more expensive arrangements.Otherwise I was pleased with your service thank you Betty.

I want to say these flowers are BEAUTIFUL!! I ordered the arrangement online and it showed blue as the flowers so in the special instructions I requested either pink or purple flowers since they were for a female. The flower shop came through for me and sent the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. I am partial to the color purple so I just loved it. I was really impressed when an email was sent to me showing what the arrangement looked like. Such a nice touch!

This is very nice YES I was happy with the arrangement. The last time I used your shop it was terrible it was to be a casket piece which was like a pillbox 6 inches around . very bad
This was not the plant I had thought I was purchasing. I realize that with current conditions there could be slight alterations to flower arrangements, but I had purchased a type of lily and the plant that was sent was not even similar looking. If the arrangement I selected was not available, I wish they had told me before the purchase. This did not seem like the correct type of arrangement for a funeral.
The arrangement was as advertised and beautiful. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because our name was spelled incorrectly on the card!
Can't say enough about this experience from start to finish. Not only was it a seamless process to set up the order, but I received a phone call from a very nice gentleman indicating my order was delivered and specifically where it was placed. I also loved the actual picture sent to my email to show exactly what the arrangement looked like. I will use this florist for all future deliveries.

These flowers were slightly different than the picture but every bit as beautiful. They arrived before the visitation began and were placed right next to casket, which was most appreciated. I ordered them the day before in the afternoon, so I didn't give them much time and they still were perfect and exactly what were hoping for.

Delivered on time for the Visitation, otherwise this would have been rated a 2. What was delivered is not representative of what was pictured when I selected the "Deluxe" option. It pictured a beautiful wicker basket, not this cheap plastic one and plants that filled the basket with tall plants in the to backdropped the tall carnation that just looks awkward here. Will never order from your online selection again. I will instead go with my usual trustworthy vendors who I have used many times before. This was for may daughter's father-in-law. Embarrassing.

I was unable to attend a funeral of someone important due to Covid, and I bought flowers to be delivered to the service. I was assured by my family members that the flowers were beautiful, and they arrived on time before service started. I greatly appreciated the arrangement delivered, as I also got a picture from Premier Sympathy Flowers of the actual bouquet, and they were lovely.
