I have already called to confirm, but I have not received a call back yet they said probably Monday. But I had ordered a large thing of flowers the most expensive ones out of the choices you could get and I ordered florists choice of the blue color. But I received a small thing of flowers that were pink and white, not blue and they were wildflowers so that's how I know they were the wrong thing of flowers. I would appreciate a refund or a partial refund for the difference in the two different things of flowers. I will be waiting for a call back on Monday.
I live in WI and the flowers went to a funeral for my uncle in KY. I have not had a chance to ask my cousins about the flowers. They look beautiful in the picture. The funeral is today. I will speak with them after things have settled down but thank you for delivering them. It was nice to know the flowers would be there for the family.

I did.not think the flower arrangement was fresh. Several droopy flowers. There was another arrangement that was identical to the arrangement that was supposedly ‘created’ for my order that appeared to be much nicer. Delivery was fast though & arrived on time.
The flowers appeared to be wilted and very drab colored. I would have expected them to be much brighter

The flower arrangement was awesome
I selected Blues but there was only 1 blue flower in the bunch. I was disappointed as blue was the deceased favorite color which is why I chose it.
It was a beautiful bouquet but not what was expected.

I ordered the bouquet shown (white with nice greenery and babies breath) on Saturday morning for a Monday morning memorial with specific instruction for delivery prior to the 11:00 am beginning. Not only was the bouquet not as shown but a dinky basket of yellow flowers was delivered “at” 11:00, when everyone was seated and the memorial was starting! Would never order from this service again
All done through the online portal, the designer did a beautiful job and incorporated my suggestions of wildflowers into the arrangement honoring our beloved family member. Thank you for offering this option to order and for the lovely arrangement. All the best.
Although the flowers were pretty, I asked for all purple roses if they were available.
The cards must of got mixed up our arrangement didn't have any purple in it.
The arrangement delivered versus the picture shown don’t even come close. I got ripped off.

We were very disappointed. Our flowers were smashed and wilted, surely not worth what we paid for them. We could get fresher looking flowers at a grocery store.

The plant was beautiful and customer service was great. I accidentally chose the wrong delivery date and they fixed it and did a follow up! Kudos!
For the cost I was truly disappointed. Realizing not to expect the actual arrangement to be exact to the picture, the actual arrangement was not tall and as pretty and full.
The floral arrangements were very pretty.
However there was unfortunately a mixup regarding the cards and what was ordered for one of the two. I had ordered two separate arrangements, both were received although one did not even resemble what had been ordered. And both held the same messages, the messages were duplicated when each arrangement should have been from different sets of people. It was a disappointment for the one arrangement to not look like what had been ordered nor hold the correct message.
They were very nice, and exact to the picture which is very important.
Was concerned when found out that the plant for nearly $145.00 didn't have any blooms like the picture I ordered for my 1st cousin Bev. Her sister sent me a picture and I felt sad. Sincerely, SueVoels

My brothers and sisters and I sent this for my cousins funeral. For the price that we paid for them I was very disappointed in what we got. The bouquet was very small although the flowers were very nice. I will not be ordering flowers through the funeral home again!

I haven't seen the flowers yet because the funeral visitation isn't until next week. I'm sure they are probably lovely, however, I made a mistake on when they were to be delivered. I called immediately. (This was 2 days before the selected delivery date). I told them that I had made the mistake and the flowers should not be delivered until Thursday the following week. I was assured that everything would be taking care of. The next thing I know, I get an email stating they delivered the flowers on the incorrect date. I know it was my own mistake, but I was really hoping they would correct it like they said they would. Just be very careful when you select your delivery date.

the rising glory was not received for the church service. I presume the flowers were sent to the funeral home instead of the church. I am sorry that there was no confirmation about were the service was taking place as I am sure the funeral home knew. What a shame !

Flowers were beautiful but the card was not there. The family had no idea who they were from until we got there and told them. What if we hadn’t attended the funeral?
