The Fragrant Garden arrangement we ordered for my brother-in-law’s funeral service was absolutely beautiful. It had a prominent place next to the guest book and later on the kitchen table at their home. Ordering was easy. Delivery was prompt. Thank you.
This was the most beautiful Arrangement I have ever seen, so much prettier in person, statue was so big, and I had fresh flowers added for color. Outstanding job.
I was very pleased with my experience. I’m live in Virginia and was unable to go to my cousin’s funeral. Using your florists eliminated my having to look for one, determine when and where it should be sent, etc. I felt the price was reasonable, the flowers beautiful and it was delivered on time. Flowers Premier Sympathy did such a good job! The flowers were fresh, as advertised, easy to order online, and arrived on time. I ordered the Heavens Rise, and I was very happy with how the arrangement turned out.
FPS, substituted yellow and white daises for plain white ones, but they said that could happen; which I appreciated knowing that ahead of time.
My Aunt ordered through a different local florist (one that has been around for a long time), and I was sad that my Aunt was so upset with her arrangement. The flowers she ordered had dead blooms, and were wilted. She eventually got her money back, but I am glad I didn't have that hassle.
I'm a new Flowers Premier customer, and I no longer with support the neighborhood florist that I grew up with.

Delivery was on time and as expected, just wasn't a huge fan of the arrangement itself. Would personally not go with a designers choice option in the future as I was surprised to see that there were glittery flowers included and that was not the aesthetic I was anticipating for a funeral arrangement. Lesson learned to just purchase a specific arrangement next time.
It is never easy to say good bye to a loved one! The woman with whom I talked in ordering was very kind and helpful. The patriotic wreath was very lovely and the perfect addition to the Navy salute my brother received at the graveside.

I thought that my order was submitted in a timely manner, but the update indicated that the delivery was on 10/29. So, I'm concerned that the plant may not have been present yet by the time of the service at 1:00. Your update didn't mention time of delivery on 10/29. Either way, I thought delivery would be on 10/28.

We thought a Basket of Daisies would be very nice coming from children. However, what got delivered was a mixture of daisies and roses - not what we expected nor wanted, and we were not advised of any substitution.

I saw this at the viewing and the pot was very small for the deluxe. All other flowers/plants were much nicer than this one. The plants were of good qualiity for quantity was lacking. I would have expected what we got to be the regular not the deluxe. I most likely will not order from an obituary link to a flower delivery service. I will return to ordering from our local florists. Oberers and First Florists direct. That said, it was a same day order so I do appreciate it got there on time.

It's a link through an obituary. The plant (peace Lily) was pretty but small for over $100 after tax etc. I could get one from Lowes or even Walmart for around $30. They have you over a barrel. We're from out of town and the link is in the obituary and they can overcharge because of "convenience". I'm not sure how I'll do things next time but I won't be buying from flower shops in link's of obituaries any more. They take advantage of mourning people because you can't exactly worry about price of things during death.

We ordered this with a custom banner, but couldn’t figure out where to tell them what we wanted. We finally put it under special instructions. My husband told me to call the next day to verify they understood what we wanted, but due to the stress of the situation, I forgot. When we got to the viewing, the flowers and banner was exactly what we wanted. I was so pleased. Thanks for having my back.
What time was these delivered on Monday? I had requested they would be delivered on Saturday afternoon, cause the family was going to be there 8:30 am on Monday morning.

I was disappointed. I requested white and pink mums. The arraignment had an overall look of yellow and brown. It was nothing like I described to the order taker.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered these for my brother's funeral. Due to poor health I was unable to attend. The family told me that my flower arrangement was very tiny and looked like it came from a dollar store. I paid over $80.00 expecting a nice sized arrangement to show my respects and was embarrassed with the results. I will never order from this company again.

I don't know what I thought about my purchase because there was no pictures sent to me to show me what you put together, and on your website when I ordered there was no pictures as to what my purchase would/should look like. Maybe you need to change that.
My name was spelled incorrectly on the card. It’s only 5 letters long. There is nothing more frustrating than when people still misspell your name even when it is right there in front of them.
I only chose color of the arrangement so wasn't sure what the arrangement would look like. Not only was it a beautiful arrangement but they were very timely.

I was very disappointed, it was not full or arranged. There was dried and dead looking flowers. It was the most disappointing flower arrangement I ever saw, this was for my brothers funeral service.

The flowers that we paid for seemed "light weight" for the price we paid. The colors were similar to to picture, but the bouquet seemed very small compared to the picture. Our three children also purchased flowers from you for the funeral. They thought the same thing. The funeral was very impressive - your flowers were not !!

The arrangement was identical to the image on the internet. I was only able to select thru online ordering Saturday delivery for a Sunday service, which would have been fine. But they automatically delivered them Sunday.
