About the Shop
Flowers on Broad is a locally owned shop with 85 years combined experience in the floral industry. We service a 7 city area in Georgia and South Carolina. We are a full service shop doing fresh custom flower arrangements, sympathy arrangements, plants, fruit and gourmet baskets and beautiful gifts. We specialize in weddings and special events.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

These folks are awesome!! I had requested no carnations were to be used, but the arrangement I received had carnations. I informed the delivery driver of the error and before he left the driveway the flower shop was calling me to let me know they were making a new arrangement and it would be delivered that afternoon. This is the second time I have ordered from Flowers on Broad and this arrangement exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely spectacular!!! I live out of state and was ordering flowers for a friend in Augusta who is going through chemo. I chose an arrangement that was on the website and the flowers delivered were even more fabulous! I ordered in the morning and they were delivered just 2 hours later. Excellent service!!! I will definitely order here again.
