I wanted to send flowers to my daughter in San Francisco via online ordering and same-day delivery. Each florist I found on Yelp had an issue (storefront only, no online ordering, no delivery service, temporarily unavailable due to a fire just last month, near her zip code but still charging $20 to deliver, etc.). I finally found Flowers of the Valley, complete with online ordering, same-day delivery, no delivery charge to her zip code, and what seems like a broader selection at more reasonable prices. I made the online order in the wee hours of the morning, it was delivered in late afternoon, and my daughter loved the arrangement, saying "These are very healthy and happy orchids." Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
