They were nice but definitely doesn’t look even close to the picture. It’s much smaller, the roses didn’t look fresh, and the little buds are all green and not even close to opening up.

Hi Pamela! We are so sad to see you were not 100% happy with the arrangement you had ordered. We always strive to get as close to the picture as possible however due to availability of product especially during this pandemic we aren't always able to replicate the exact flower. We did however upgrade your arrangement to lovely garden roses that have a beautiful scent and a high petal count, but do tend to be a little more fragile. The green hypericum in arrangement are accent pieces and do not bloom. Our apologies, we hope you will give us another try! Thank you!

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
