ABOUT THE STORE
Flowers by the Bunch
Flowers by the Bunch is an all-inclusive florist. We offer local delivery to Starkville and Mississippi State University. We also offer delivery in Oktibbeha and surrounding counties. Wedding services have been offered throughout Mississippi and in Alabama. With wedding work, there are no boundaries. Our work offers unique designs done with the freshest flowers and decor. We also offer corporate and residential holiday decorating. Whether you are ordering a single arrangement or planning a large event we are here to serve you. Our floral designs are artistic statements that touch the senses, emotions, and people's lives. Monti Winston King is the owner and creative director. She is a Starkville native and has a B.S. in Retail Floristry Management from Mississippi State University. She has devoted her career to the floral and event industry and is eager to help you celebrate all of life’s occasions.
ABOUT THE OWNER
Monti King
My professional floral journey began at Mississippi State University when I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Retail Floristry Management in 1999. I then took a job working in a local flower shop where I learned all the ins and outs of what makes a shop function. Jason and I married the same year I graduated, and two years later we had Owen. After a while, I got a job running the floral department at Foodmax, a local grocery store where I worked for a few more years before we purchased a pre-existing balloon shop called ChiChi’s Balloons. Micah was only six weeks old when we opened the doors to Flowers by the Bunch, and we have never looked back since. I will tell you, I truly love what I do. I wake up every morning excited about what the day is going to bring, all the new things I will get to create, and the people I will get to meet. The best thing about it is that no two days are ever the same. And along with all the novelty, I am so excited about diving into this new adventure of blogging and teaching you all about expressing yourself and making something beautiful through arranging flowers.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee. Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient's time zone.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

I had ordered this arrangement to be delivered to my daughter‘s place of employment to recognize her graduation from Mississippi State. She elected not to walk and I wanted her to feel celebrated and she’s never received flowers at work before. In the comment section of your website, I requested that they be delivered before two, which was the time she was scheduled to leave work. After receiving no notification that they had been delivered I called the shop and was told that they had overlooked my comment and the flowers were delivered to her apartment and left by her back door.

I have used you in the past and was blown away by the beautiful deliveries. My daughter sent me a picture of her Valentines tulip delivery. I was underwhelmed (thought some were dead) and she referred to it as “cute” I have never heard her describe a delivery that way, not a compliment. Would I recommend you, yes but I think from now on I’d like to see the whole arrangement on your website vs ordering blind.

I ordered flowers 13 days in advance to be delivered the morning of the delivery date. Only to find out later that evening after contacting the company that my order was never filled or delivered. I had already given the company the money for the flowers, the delivery fee plus a tip for their services. And in turn the services I got were me contacting chasing down the flowers I paid for. But, they already have my money and my tip so what’s it matter when it gets there? Flowers by the bunch should skip the tip section in the check out process and add a link for a tip in the confirmation email once the service has been completed.
