|The delivery guy was very professional, after being sent away by security the first time, he agreed to go back a second time to try again and I very greatly appreciate that!
I was being told everything that was going on when I called the store so it was easy to get updates.
The only thing I can count as a con was that the message that I chose to write got cut short, not everything was written down, and it was written down as if a child had written it... But that is the only thing I can complain about.
Everything else was perfect but a perfect price!

|I sent the flowers to the incorrect location so that was my fault, but the florist didn't deliver them until 9pm, that is when the floor nurse called me, I don't understand why they weren't del'd during the afternoon.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
