I spoke with Sam on a Saturday to order an arrangement for next day delivery. A dear friend had passed away and several of us were traveling from out of town to attend the service. We were interested in a container arrangement that the family could take home. I selected Bloom Nation because they came up on a google search, had a nice website, and I had a wide selection of flowers to choose from online without having to speak to someone. I of course was anxious about not speaking to someone even though that’s what I wanted, but I could not be happier with the outcome. The flowers were STUNNING. I selected the premium design which didn’t come with a preview picture just a note saying that it would be the bigger version of the picture shown. My cousin sent me a picture of her flowers and I was blown away. The bouquet was huge, beautiful, and all my cousins favorite colors. She was so deeply happy and touched which is all I wanted for her on her birthday. This was a low hassle, perfect experience. If I ever need to send her flowers I will of course be using them again!

I am so happy with my purchase. I do not live locally and I didn’t do any research I just purchased based on what was closest to my friend. I have to say I am blown away. I got an email shortly after my purchase and I assumed it was the confirmation of the order… nope! It had been delivered not even 2 hours after the order was placed. When my friend sent me a photo to thank me, I audibly gasped. The bouquet was more beautiful than the imagine on the website- which is not always the case when you order flowers online! Bought for anniversary. The arrangement seemed sized wrong to the vase. Everything was kind of drooping down. Still, she seemed to like them so I did not worry. After about 4 days the roses were all in bad shape. The larger flowers were sagging really bad. Nothing really looked that good anymore. For $225 I think I expected it to be better. Makes it worse that my girlfriend had worked at a florist and she knows y the difference. Her feelings on this were less favorable than mine. Called shop and shared my concerns. Was offered a discount on a future order. Not sure what I thought they would do, but an invitation to spend more money seemed a bit presumptuous.

A lovely arrangement but deceptive. I assumed a full bouquet and yet when it arrived after upgrading to the full it was only two dimensional. It was flat on one side. You could only show it front side out. There was no backside. I’m usually a fan of this florist. In this instance I felt cheated and you could do better with another arrangement or do it yourself from a quality street side market. They get another chance but if my next order is similarly contrived, they will lose me forever.
The bouquet came out even more beautiful than expected! And delivery was so fast. If I need flowers in this area again, I will absolutely use Flowers by Blooming Affairs.

Excellent service! Blooming Affairs was able to deliver the flowers to a home address when the original work address wouldn’t accept delivery.
When my sister received the flowers she was amazed at their beauty. She has not always had a good experience with other florists providing fresh flowers. Blooming Affairs did a wonderful job of communicating with me (sender) and delivered a beautiful and fresh arrangement that looked exactly as is did on the website. We both were very pleased! I would definitely recommend them.

While I very much appreciated the prompt delivery of the flowers to a dear friend in the hospital, I was disappointed that the actual arrangement was not closer to the one pictured. The orchids were much bigger and a different color and the whole color palette/effect differed from what I thought I was ordering.

Living in Pa and my daughter in NYC, finding a florist on line and not knowing what you’re going to get is sometimes tricky. I ordered an arrangement for her as a “just because “ and I could not be any happier! Her arrangement was delivered in a very timely manner and was more beautiful than I imagined! I’m so very happy! The flowers arrived on time and included some of the same colors here, but the overall aesthetic was much more subdued and far less vibrant and exotic than what was pictured online. I understand substitutions have to be made on occasion, but I wish I had been notified or consulted.
Unfortunately I do not have a feedback for the flowers arrangement yet.
May I suggest that when possible, you take a pic of the flowers and email them to the sender that many times is not be able to see them, specially when is not a close relation to the receiver.

Delivered on time and correct location. Little expensive, and it cost me Australian dollars nearly $118.00. I haven't seen the flowers as i have sent to someone else in US, so i can not comment about the flowers, hope they are happy

Very nice bouquet. Looked a bit like the hydrangeas were used as filler to avoid using more expensive blooms but the overall look was pretty and my Mother liked the gift.
Nice flowers but the metal base it came reminded me of a tin can. I did not expect such a different base than was pictured. But again very nice quality flowers.

Initial Review: I had an issue where my note for "special instructions" was given to the recipient. This was meant for instruction for delivery, not for the recipient.
Update: They responded to my initial review promptly and offered a partial refund of the purchase. I ended up speaking to someone directly from the florist shop as well as customer service from Bloomnation, both of whom were very courteous and helpful. Despite the mixup, I would use this service again. Thanks.

The arrangement was gorgeous and arrived nicely packaged and on time.
One problem is, I specifically requested the recipient's name to not be written or placed anywhere on the packaging, and it was written on the card.

My flowers are absolutely beautiful, however, they're not this color. There are no red tulips, but small red roses? and the orchids are a purple/red, and there are no green things, but I mean they're still beautiful :)
