I was born in Colombia-South America, I moved to the US at the age of 25, after I graduated as an Interior Designer and had some working experience in my country. I wanted to learn English and travel. Ended up settling here, first in NY and for the last 29 years in Michigan. Later on I had the opportunity to get involved in the business of importing fresh cut roses from my country which I still do and makes me very proud of. That is how I got into the floral industry. I went to school to learn the Art of arranging flowers and I really found my niche in it. I love what I do, I find a lot of excitement in it, every day, every flower, every creation and every event. It is an easy way for me to see smiling faces, and that always makes me happy!

|I asked for a "whimsical bohemian" arrangement that Floranza could just "go for it" with whatever creativity they wanted to use....and boy did they deliver.
My friend said that all of the nurses who have come in to tend to her have remarked "that is the prettiest, and coolest arrangement they've ever seen". Coming from Beaumont Troy staff, that means a lot.
I encourage anyone who wants something unique and lovely in the season, trust your purchase to Floranza!

|The combination of exotic blooms and greens are absolutely delightful. These arrangements tend to last as well.
And when the blooms have finally faded, the greens still make a beautiful arrangement for another week or two.
And of course I tend to order the higher end of three options, but my SO is worth it.

|I was very disappointed that they were not delivered until 7 PM!
I placed the order on Monday, arrived at my dear friend’s party on Thursday, and NOTHING HAD BEEN DELIVERED. When I called to inquire, I got a tepid “they’re coming, sorry”. Completely unacceptable. I was so embarrassed!! The hostess was too busy with guests to even notice my gift.

|Just as a matter of interest, on the order form there is no place to enter our Province (Ontario) and it is expected for us to click on a US State, thus we had to leave it blank. Perhaps that could be fixed.

|The rest of the experience was excellent. I liked how we were sent a photo of the flowers with the accompanying card before delivery as well as receiving an invoice on line. Delivery was right on!. I apologize for not being able to deliver this arrangement, unfortunately we received this order in a very hectic time, the day before we had a very heavy snow storm and at the same time that day we received many orders online that of course for the same reason we couldn't deliver them on time, so we were behind with our deliveries.
The order you placed one day ahead delivery, needed some tropical flowers that we don't always have so we needed to place an order for them, and we did, but the flowers came late on February 18, since they were going to a rehab center and the message was in a different language we didn't realize they were for a birthday celebration, we assumed it was a "Get Well" order and we thought it was ok to deliver it the next day, a big mistake on our part! We are really sorry for our error, please accept our apologies, and if you want to try our service again, we will give you a 15% discount on your next order.
You will receive a 100% refund on this order, no need to call us again for that.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
