Dear Mehran, seems like there was a miscommunication. We did talk to your assistant who placed the order and made the adjustment she requested. The 2d message was left with another request for a change in the morning of delivery when the order was already created and ready to go out for delivery... We always try to go above and beyond and treat our customers the way we want to be treated. We use only premium product and the freshest blooms to make each design unique and memorable.

Jennifer, thank you for letting us know that some flowers were not up to standard. We are always committed to growing and improving. Even though the spray roses were super fresh, the outter petals sometime do get a touch of browning on the edges. With this in mind, we decided to eliminate a few flower varieties that can get brown edges quickly from corsage work to make sure that all the blooms look fresh and and stay fresh during the event. Hope you were please with the follow up call and solutions - we appreciate your support and opportunity to make things right.

I am so, so sorry to hear about the mess up with your delivery of your grandmother's birthday flowers yesterday. We take great pride in delivering beautiful flowers and we sincerely regret that your delivery was not completed successfully. I have spoken with a member of our delivery service and gotten to the bottom of the issue and made adjustments to ensure this does not happen again. I also apologize for your phone experience yesterday. Our store associate tried to contact me but I was not available to return your call in time. You should have been informed that we would of course send a replacement bouquet to your grandmother as you paid for a service and deserve to have it completed. We have made a beautiful bouquet to make up for the lost one with additional value and it is currently on its way to your grandmother, hand-delivered by a member of our team. It should be delivered by noon and I intend to follow up with her to ensure it arrives correctly. Again, we are so sorry for the inconvenience and disruption of your celebration. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
