I would rather give it a zero. It is a terrible experience. I ordered flowers for mother’s day. The florist marked the flowers delivered mistakenly and fraudulently while they never delivered flowers. Their negligence and reckless ness made the poor mom never get flowers on Mother’s Day. It is really frustrating and unacceptable. I called the day after to expect some reasonable explanation. One of the owners told me that they actually did not see the order at all and offered a refund as a remedial measure. I found it was the most ridiculous and irresponsible thing. Because their negligence and poor management, I missed the opportunity to set up another flower delivery. As a service provider， please keep at least some levels of respect to your work and responsibility. Otherwise I can’t see your business ever succeed in the future. A final note, please never book flowers here.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
