Family owned and operated floral studio offers fresh flower arrangements and delivery services for life's everyday moments and special events.
Next Day Delivery Service available in South Windsor, Ellington, Vernon, Somers, Enfield CT and surrounding areas during regular business hours.
Current delivery hours are Tuesday - Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am - 3pm. We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Sunday, February 14th, 2027.
Same Day Delivery Service available if placed before 11:00AM and subject to availability. Additional fees will apply. Statewide and Nationwide Flower Delivery options available upon request and subject to order minimums.

Kerry has been working in the retail florist industry in Connecticut since 2001. She is an artist of many mediums but prides her work as a floral artist that began when she was 16 years old. She will forever be indebted to her Mother who suggested the profession during a casual discussion after school. Shortly after, she began working in her hometown Florist, formally Floral Expressions, learning techniques and essential rules of the trade she has taken with her all these years later.
Kerry is professionally trained with over 25 years of experience designing floral arrangements, Sympathy and Wedding Consulting and Special Event Installation and Delivery.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Delivery is available Tuesday-Friday after 9am and before 5pm. Saturday after 9am and before 3pm. Same day delivery can not be guaranteed unless requested prior to 11am and floral choices or gift items are in stock. Deliveries will not be made outside of business hours unless formally requested by phone and granted by florist. Florist reserves the right to refuse any order request outside of business hours or is out of stock for the suggested day or time. Same day delivery will be an added fee.
Fairytale Flowers will create custom floral arrangements to the following areas: South Windsor, Ellington, Vernon, Somers, Enfield, East Windsor, Tolland, Stafford, Windsor Locks and parts of Suffield and Manchester CT. Fairytale Flowers reserves the right to send an order to be filled by a trusted local florist outside of this delivery area.
Nationwide flower delivery is available upon request. Fairytale Flowers will choose a trusted florist in the area to fill your request for an additional fee.
Refund Policy
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (860) 926-4897, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (860) 926-4897 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
