I am writing regarding a flower arrangement delivered on Saturday at approximately 11:00 AM. While the arrangement was initially satisfactory, the flowers wilted significantly within 48 hours, which is much faster than expected.
Typically, your flowers remain vibrant for 4-5 days, but this is the first time I’ve experienced such rapid deterioration. I’m disappointed and wondering if the flowers may have been older or if there was another issue affecting their longevity.
Could you please provide insight into why this might have happened? I’d also appreciate any steps you can take to address this matter.

Not very satisfied with this order. Roses have no smell and look like they are wilting within a day. Day two they look pretty disappointing for my wife and our Anniversary. I even upgraded to get “better & more flowers” and it does not seem that I even received discount flowers!

This is the second or third time I have had flowers delivered locally to someone using this florist. In 20 plus years of gifting arrangements to people, I have never been as satisfied with any other floral company's product than I have with this one. However, I was really disappointed that one of the plants was not a Peach Lily as shown in the photo. I had spoken to the very kind clerk who said that your shop has peace lilies. We live in Canada and wanted to send flowers to our Canadian friends that have a winter vacation home in Peoria, Arizona. To make a long story short, I ordered flowers from Exclusive to have delivered to our friends. We wanted to brighten up their home and put a smile on their face especially because our friend's Mother had recently passed away. Being in Canada, I didn't know what florist to choose. I am sooooo glad to have chosen Exclusive. Austia answered all my questions.....very friendly.....and understood my reluctance in having a florist that I didn't know anything about in the States to send flowers! Our friends loved the flowers. Paid for a deluxe bouquet, what I got was tiny, no where near the pic above. So don’t get deluxe anything because you’ll just get a regular bouquet.
They forgot my balloon, took them forever in the back to find something. Then it deflated within 20 min!! Wasn’t even worth going back again as that was their last balloon! Just disappointed in the quality for what I paid.

The biggest disappointment was not receiving the vase displayed in thr photo. It was supposed to be a squared see through blue vase that really complimented the arrangement. Instead it was an ugly round, solid gloomy off blue vase. That sucked because I was trying to make someone that was grieving a loss feel better with a beautiful flower arrangement. I picked this because it had purple flower in it my mother inlaws favorite color and there we only a couple of purple flowers and I ordered the mid priced arrangement and I'm very disappointed in what she received. I sent an email after I received the picture from my mother inlaw to the email listed on my receipt but have not got a response yet.

I'm giving this florist 5 stars because they didn't disappoint me. Most often, when I order flowers online for someone in a different area, they don't get what I ordered and, in some cases, it's not even close. I always ask people to send me a picture of the flowers they receive, because, when a florist gives delivers what I ordered, I want to use them again and recommend them to others. This florist earned 5 stars. Give them a try. Also they are straightforward in their pricing and don't add on any strange service fees with no explanation. You pay for the flowers the tax and the delivery fee.

Found this company online. It was close to the delivery location. The online order process was quick and easy. I made the order at about 2pm the day before delivery. I was a little disappointed that they weren’t delivered until 3pm. But I’m sure they had a lot of other orders or a lack of workers or delivery drivers, as every other company these days. Once delivered, the flowers looked great. I don’t know if spending $100 on flowers is worth it, but I was not disappointed in how they turned out. And the wife was happy. So I guess money we’ll spent.

They sent a bouquet to my mother that was nothing like the picture and then when I called they said they would make another and have it delivered again. Before agreeing they said they did not have the flowers that the bouquet is supposed to have and that they would have to substitute them. I feel they should take the bouquet off their website if they do not have the flowers to make that particular bouquet. They then stated my mother must give the other one back to them. As if they are going to reuse the flowers. As I am out of state I relied on the. To do this correctly and even paid the extra money to get her a better bouquet. I am just upset she had to deal with have to be there most of her bday to wait on flowers that should have been handled correctly the first time.

It was an awful experience. They delivered the flowers to the completely wrong address. Then once the lady who received them contacted my mom and wound up taking her the flowers, they were actually dead (and the lady said that’s how they looked when she received them). And from what I can tell from the photo I received from my mom, there was only one type of flower in the bouquet that matched the arrangement I ordered! Furthermore, when I tried to contact the company to discuss, I can’t get anyone on the phone.

I received peach roses and white daisies in the bouquet, nothing else. It was way smaller than pictured and what i ordered. The confirmation said it was delivered an hour before the current time. I called for delivery information, they said a man took them at the residence, no one was home and neighbor didn't have them, finally found them left in the carport at the back door. Will never order again, i do expect them to be close to the photo but they didn't even try.

The flower shop that I usually buy from does this and also sends me a text letting me know the flowers are on the way to get delivered with live tracking. The delivery man had a difficult time delivering the flowers due to the building being only for seniors, however, he remained patient and contacted me when he couldnt find a way to deliver it. The greenery was not in crisp shape, the bluish tinted flowers had barely any blue to them at all and I was unable to even see if the vase was blue as the site photo shows. I received a picture of the flowers sent to my friend and the flowers were right (color and type) but it was somewhat messy. The arrangement was not symmetrical and some of the flowers were left much longer than in the picture. I would give it a 7 on a scale from 1-10.

I ordered this beautiful bouquet with a really pretty vase and a succulent and the arrangement was full and was so excited to give these to my mom. When My mom received them they had a basic clear vase no succulent which is what made it and the bouquet was like half the size. Never been so disappointed and I just wanted to make sure my mom had some amazing flowers for Mother’s Day. Very upset.

Worst experience with a florist I've ever had. I realized I placed an order last minute on Valentines Day, but I would have rather the florist tell me they couldn't have fulfilled my order than had them deliver an awful arrangement. I was shopping for something nice for my aunt “just because” and I did a lot of back and forth online. I live in California, so it’s hard to know what florists are good in other states. This one was the most reasonably priced and showed the most accurate picture of whichever size bouquet was chosen. The delivery price was reasonable and same day. This is a tough review to write, because I was very happy with the quality of the arrangement I sent to my husband. However, the arrangement arrived at 1030p. The driver called me at 1130p (different time zone), woke me up, which of course meant I needed to call and wake up my husband. I totally understand that 2/14 is the busiest day of the year for flowers. I would then suggest to not take on more orders that you can handle during normal business hours.

Unfortunately the receiver of the flowers didn't have much to say so, I can't really provide any helpful feedback. Whether it is just how the receiver is or if the bouquet was just okay...I don't know. I will say that I made a follow up call to be sure they would be delivered on the day I requested and was assured they would be and they were. This is a local florist and not some flyby night internet operation. I would use this florist again.
