Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (212) 744-8710, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (212) 744-8710 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

The website is very user-friendly and the delivery was bang on time. I feel like the arrangement has more purple hydrangeas than the photo suggests. There aren't many roses or orchids to brighten it up, so the arrangement is a very dark purple. I would have loved just 1 or 2 more orange roses to make look more like the photo. But it is still a lovely arrangement.

I sent the pointsettia to my sister who lives near the shop. She was thrilled and said it was beautiful and very large (even though I'd ordered a small size). It looked great sitting on her floor as a decoration in the living room. However, it probably would have been too big for a living room table, just FYI. It was a beautiful plant. We ordered the Deluxe Larger Poinsettia plant. Our client sent us a picture of the plant. It really did not look larger than the standard size which is the picture shown on your website. "Photo displays standard size". The promptness and delivery was good, but we were a bit disappointed by the size and the wording on the card (TFC looks like JJC and you have an hyphen in our name. There maybe another client we want to send this plant to in NYC. I will need to talk with my colleague on how we will proceed.

I love Eva's Garden Florist! Why? Well to answer your question, because they are excellent. I am in California and had a sudden need for a bouquet for a friend who just experienced a painful procedure. Usually this is never a problem, but I had the bouquet set to be delivered on one of the busiest holidays for florists, and not to celebrate that day, but to simply honor a very good friend. The bouquet that was provided, was beyond words to those who received it. So much so they forgot to take a picture because they were too busy marveling at the excellent arrangement. The upgrade to premium was a no-brainer, but I feel they went above and beyond with the beautiful selection they provided and the large vase. Thank you Eva's Garden, thank you to your amazing florists, and to your amazing staff, who really deserve a lot more recognition and praise for the gargantuan task they pulled off during this time. The florist also could not provide a photograph of the finished product.

Mother’s Day is always a very difficult day of the year to buy flowers for that special someone. Roses are great but sometimes you want something more. Even in these most difficult times, Eva’s Gardens exceeded all expectations. Not only was the delivery on time, but the bouquet of flowers was exquisite. The expression in my wife’s face when she saw the bouquet was worth every penny If you find the price is a bit high, just remember but you get what you pay for!

You uncharged me for same day delivery even though you are a block away from the delivery location and i ordered in the morning. So i paid approx 150 for 45 dollars worth of flowers. My wife was disappointed. Dont get me wrong, the flowers are beautiful, but not what I ordered. I've had a good experience with Eva's before but definitely not this time.

I assumed they would be designed like the picture shown. They were just put in a vase instead of curled stems in the vase. Flowers looked a bit flourished and started a yellow discoloration. Assuming they are going to die with in three days the way they look already. Not pleased for the money.

While the actual plant looks lovely and just as advertised, I was disappointed with the container. The plant that was delivered was in a standard pottery container with saucer. The photo on your website shows it in a white ceramic pot with a silver ribbon wrapped around the pot. That was one one reason why I ordered this particular plant as it was sent a birthday gift and looked “special.” Why was there a substitution? The pottery container looks very ordinary, and doesn’t reflect the high cost of this plant, which ordinarily can be purchased for considerably less elsewhere.
