Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (760) 753-8800, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

I have always used Encinitas Florist, so professional and the arrangements beautiful. But this time was disappointing because the arrangements sent by FTD was not what I ordered. What arrived was 3 roses, greenery and a sunflower instead of a many colored, sun bright bouquet. The excuse was they had no control over the order and the florist on the other end would not acknowledge the error and wouldn't answer Encinitas Florist calls. RTD rules are either a partial refund or another arrangement. I had to talk to two people to get results with the last stating they would text me the guarantee of another bouquet. After 5 days still no text. There must be a better way for customer satisfaction.

I’ve used Encinitas Florist for a number of deliveries which were always very good. This time however the recipient was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the flowers and the fact that they were not delivered to her home directly. This was surprising though since usually the flowers are of high quality and delivered directly to the recipient.

I ordered an arrangement with 18 roses "Embrace of the Day" for my brother & wifes' 50th wedding anniversary. When I received the pic of it, I was so disappointed. It was scrawny and there were only 12 roses, not 18.
I called, they apologized and told me to have my brother put the existing on on the porch and they would exchange it for a new one with 18 roses as orderd.

Fantastic Customer Service!!! I ordered flowers for my son’s fiancé’s birthday. I received an email that they had been delivered but my son let me know that they were not there. I called and emailed the florist, but it was Sunday and they were closed so I was afraid I would not receive a response. Then, not even 30 minutes later, I received a phone call from Jimmy at the florist. He explained that they had delivered the flowers the prior day, but as we discussed it, he realized that they had been delivered to the wrong place. He said he would have new flowers delivered right away and within the next 30 minutes, he had sent me a photo of the flowers on my son’s stoop. It would have been perfect if they hadn’t added BRIGHT orange dyed carnations (instead of the pretty peach flowers shown here.) Unfortunately the expensive birthday flowers were delivered to the wrong person at the wrong address. When I called the store the girl said the office manager was gone for the day
and would contact me in a few days.
Around 4:30, a kind person contacted my daughter and told her they had her flowers. My daughter had to drive to the location and pick up her own flowers . The flowers were nice but the delivery was not good. Still waiting for the manager to call us back.

This was our first time ordering from Encinitas Florist and we were very disappointed with the delivery and that our specific instructions for delivery were not followed. This was a Mother's Day bouquet and it was left outside our gates half way down the driveway in the sun for hours. We gave the gate code and asked for the flowers to be delivered to the front door in the shade --and added a tip! Also, the arrangement does not look as pretty and compact as pictured.

I understand that flowers can be/will be substituted depending on availability, but I paid for the deluxe version of this arrangement for an extra $25, totalling $140+ delivered and it didn't seem very deluxe. There were only 6 roses and a lot of mums.. There were even carnations which, in my opinion, shouldn't ever find their way into a deluxe version of any arrangements. It was disappointing and unremarkable

On two consecutive occasions I have ordered flowers from Encinitas Florist for delivery to my girlfriend. Because of her work schedule I pay the additional $15 to guaranteed time delivery. On both occasions they have failed to deliver in the promised time window. On both occasions I had to call them and request a refund. It is clear they had no intentions on proactively contacting me to advise of the issue and refund me for the added service. The arrangements are nice, it is the delivery that is terribly lacking.

I have used Encinitas Florist a number of times with a positive experience. However, my recent order was absolutely awful. The flowers were delivered a day late which of course ruined the occasion. The flowers were ordered to be delivered on a Friday at my girlfriend's new job. They were not delivered on Friday and as a result she didn't receive them until she came to work on Friday. When I called the store to inquire about delivery time they were of little help. They advised "they only have 1 driver today" and were unable to tell me when / if they would be delivered before the end of business hours. I would not recommend this shop. Not only did they not delivery as promised, they charged be a $15.99 delivery fee adding salt to the wound.

We don't live in the same city, so I will never get to see them in person, hence, I find it difficult to give a 5 star rating. just as a suggestion, it might be nice if the person who delivers the arrangement could take a picture and either email or text it to the party who ordered the arrangement. In the past, I was disappointed with a florist who delivered an arrangement to a friend of mine with wilted flowers. One of which was loosing its petals. Needless to say, I haven't used that florist since.

The bouquet that was well-delivered did not resemble the FTD Wondrous Nature Bouquet I'd ordered other than it did include some Asiatic lilies, white daisies, and hints of the two other colors, peach and lavender-blue. The large white basket with its rounded handle lacked any contour, and the bloom arrangement did not display any of the basic principles of good floral design. The arrangement was rounded and floppy without any tiered balance and had little apparent thought given to bloom grouping and placement. Also, some blooms appeared to be mangled with missing petals. I want to be able to order more bouquets from this florist and offer this review only as informational feedback to hopefully foster their improvement.

My order for mother's day with this cute ceramic vase was delivered to the WRONG address! I had to call and complain. After a few hours of going back and forth, the kind gentleman at the other end agreed to make a new arrangement. It was a different arrangement, no cute vase. Just a box with some flowers and a balloon. I paid over $80.00 for something I could have had delivered from a grocery store.

I was not happy with the way this arrangement looked. It came arranged very sparsely and looked nothing like the nice full densely arranged flowers I thought I would be getting represented from the picture on their website. Maybe they were too busy to take the time do to Mother’s Day or ran out of the flowers used in this arrangement, but I will be very hesitant to use them in the future. They did deliver the flowers in a timely manor do no problems there.

We called to see how closely an arrangement we had chosen could be duplicated. We live in Utah and wanted the flowers to be delivered in Encinitas, and we like to use local shops to do that. The vase was the same and there were there were sunflowers, yellow roses and daisies - but red roses instead of pink? It was not cheerful and bright as pictured. It was all crammed together in a tight bunch. While our friend loved it - if the example was the photo of what was actually delivered, I wouldn't have chosen it. Great job! After delivery of flowers and chocolate to my mother's assisted living apartment complex, my mother said she did not receive the chocolates. Very disappointed. I was hesitant about spending so much money but as pictured this looks beautiful, my arrangement looked nothing like this, it was only flowers stuck in a big fish bowl looking vase. Certainly not worth 145.00.

When I ordered this bouquet I upgraded it to premium and should have clarified perhaps what exactly I anticipated. It was very pretty, but a larger mix of colors (probably based on availability) than I expected, which gave it a slightly more unorganized appearance. I think some of my opinion is due to my slight OCD
