I am so impressed and beyond please with my entire experience with Elegant Designs. I live out of state and were search for a florist to make a birthday arrangement for my mom. The minute I landed on the website for the florist I knew this was where I was going to order. Absolutely gorgeous arrangements for any occasion were offered. I placed my order and waited for the delivery day, knowing my Mom would said pictures. On the day the flowers were to be delivered, I received in email confirmation that included a photo of the designed arrangement! I was so impressed with the service. My mom was very, very happy the arrangement, with the delivery ( they called to make sure someone was home to receive ) promptly delivered. I am a forever customer now and my Mom will be ordering from Elegant Design in the future!
