The flowers were absolutely beautiful and delivered very quickly same day. The website prompted not to put the same phone number for the sender and recipient, stating that the recipients number would only be used if the delivery person was having trouble finding the location. This was unfortunately not the case and the recipient was texted a picture of the flowers upon drop off. This spoiled the surprise of sending the flowers. This is the only reason I cannot give 5 stars for the service.

i had to get my order remade because when i received my order it wasnt what i paid for! a small arrangement was almost 100 dollars didnt even come in a basket, nor did it look like the photo provided and the flowers looked dead!

They let me know in advance that the delivery time might need to be adjusted from my original request, which I completely understood. I really appreciated the polite message they left with the update—it showed great customer care.

I do not know if the flowers were delivered successfully as I received a text requesting the address even though I have ordered from there before. Since responding to the text over email due to being abroad again confirming the address, I have had no response or confirmation of delivery aside from a request to leave a review. Please can you follow up and reply to my email as I fear you haven’t delivered it properly despite my reply. Many thanks

Flowers were the cheaper version of what I ordered. Planter was a wicker basket instead of what was shown in the photo, and the flowers were pink and purple not white. The flowers were for someone who just lost a parent so the pink flowers raised a lot of eyebrows and made me look quite insensitive. Wish I would have received a call if they were out of stock. I wouldn’t use them again.

I ordered a wildflower mason jar for my fiancée for Valentine’s Day. They delivered the wrong bouquet, which was roses. I then emailed them twice trying to get the correct flowers, but they did not respond to me. I did not want to write a review, but the mix up and lack of communication was disappointing.

I called and was placed on hold multiple times and one of those times over 15 minutes. Called back to someone answering the phone but setting it down and talking else where. Called back again and spoke to Amber who was apologetic but didn’t solve anything, she told me she would call me the following day and well 2 days later, I am still waiting, I received a confirmation the flowers arrived at like 8 something at night??? They were at her work the next day. Not what I ordered in the slightest and honestly looks terrible. So disappointed in communication and follow up and the product.

I was very pleased with the arrangement and how the florist included the colors I requested in my mom's bouquet. My mom did mention that the flowers were left on her doorstep though and she wasn't happy with that, she would have preferred that they be delivered since something could have happened to them on the porch.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
