My experience with Dee's Flower's was awesome from the original order to the actual arrangement that was delivered. David was so helpful and I really appreciated the emails I received to let me know that the arrangement was done and then again to say it was delivered. He also called the recipient to make sure she was home since the weather was so hot. I think the best part of the experience that I've never had before was getting a picture of the actual arrangement he made for her. I give them a 10!!!! Thank you for being so great!
We are a real brick and mortar florist that has been serving the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles for 76 years. We bring in fresh flowers every day, many from local Southern California farms. If you have a special request that you don't see on our website or need a late local delivery, give us a call and we will do our best to help with your request. Delivery policy: WE DO REQUIRE A RECIPIENT PHONE NUMBER. We DO NOT guarantee individual delivery times except for funerals and pre-scheduled events. We are also not able to call the recipient to schedule a delivery. if they are NOT home we will either leave it and take a picture OR call them and leave a voicemail to call our shop. If you need an special delivery time please call the shop 818-769-3000 to place your order, otherwise your delivery will be filtered into our daily routes. All deliveries are usually completed by 4pm on the requested delivery day EXCLUDING holidays. Our services: A full service walk in florist with ready to go arrangements, plants, cards and gifts. During the Christmas we become a holiday wonderland. Weekly Deliveries - corporate and residential. A standing delivery can be scheduled to be delivered to your place of business each week based on your flower selection and size. We will pick up the old arrangement and replace it with a fresh arrangement each week. Delivery is free with this service. In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
