I'm the floral designer and owner of Decolores Flowers and Gifts, and I create each arrangement with a love for color, texture, and the stories flowers can tell. I combine fresh blooms, preserved flowers, and thoughtful details to craft pieces that feel personal and memorable-whether it's a romantic bouquet, a luxury flower box, a sympathy tribute, or a custom gift.
I care about the small touches: how stems move together, which textures balance each other, and how an arrangement will make someone feel. Designing with heart and purpose, I aim to bring warmth and joy to the moments that matter most.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Local Delivery Policy
Decolores Flowers and Gifts proudly offers local delivery throughout Cutler Bay and selected areas of Miami-Dade County.
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday. We are closed for deliveries on Sundays unless otherwise announced.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 3:00 PM. Availability is not guaranteed during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume. We recommend placing your order in advance.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on the recipient’s location and will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, apartment or unit number, gate code, recipient’s name, and phone number. Decolores Flowers and Gifts is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Recipient Availability
If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location, with a front desk, receptionist, concierge, or neighbor when appropriate. We may also contact the recipient or purchaser for further instructions.
If the arrangement cannot be safely delivered, it may be returned to our studio. An additional delivery fee may apply to schedule another delivery attempt.
Delivery Times
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless arrangements have been approved in advance. We will make every effort to deliver within the requested timeframe, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, access restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Hospitals, Hotels, Schools, and Businesses
Please confirm that the location accepts floral deliveries before placing your order. Some facilities may have specific delivery hours, restrictions, or designated receiving areas. Deliveries will be considered complete once the order is accepted by an authorized staff member.
Holiday Deliveries
During busy holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, delivery times may be extended. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and same-day delivery may be unavailable.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available from our Cutler Bay studio during the selected pickup window. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
