De Vaze flowers

Arrangement sent was nothing like I ordered and saw in the pic online. They tried to match colors but that was about it, and even that was not very successful. Arrangement only had 1 of the 3 flowers shown in the pic, and it was missing lavender...and the arrangement was called Lavender Love!
