We're Dale Floral and Gifts, a small-town flower shop rooted in the heart of Dale. I fell in love with arranging blooms while helping family with garden bouquets and wanted to create a place where thoughtful floral design and friendly service come first. I enjoy crafting seasonal arrangements and simple, heartfelt bouquets for everyday moments and quiet celebrations. Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Please include a correct address and phone number for delivery. We will call before attempting a delivery. After unsuccessful attempt to deliver after contacting someone, someone will need to come to the store to pick up or extra delivery fees will be required for more attempts.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (812) 937-7158, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (812) 937-7158 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

The arrangement you chose was nothing but alstroemeria. We have wonderful designers and we all do our best to match the chosen arrangements, but sometimes substitutions have to be made due to availability. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
