The flowers were perfect.
I live in Texas so I didn’t see it personally but everyone at the funeral home said it was really nice! I had ordered online and put the wrong delivery date. I called and talked to a nice man and he fixed it with no problem. Would recommend this shop. Will do business again with them.

Ordered online. I was originally planning to pick the arrangement up but when ordering that didn't seem to be an option. As I thought about it, I had allot to get done so I proceeded with the delivery option. The delivery was on time and the driver was very kind and careful. The online ordering option did not indicate that the business was closed on Friday, July 5th. Therefore I selected the 5th for delivery since that was the first day of viewing at the funeral home. I received a message that the flowers were delivered 2 days early (Wednesday) and sat at the funeral home for that time period until the viewing on Friday, July 5th. I may not have ordered had I known the business was closed and I had to take delivery 2 days prior to first viewing. I tried calling on Friday the 5th to discuss and received the message that the business was closed. I surely hope the flowers looked good and had not started to brown.

Our apologies for the misunderstanding. The flowers were given directly to the funeral director to keep in a cool place until Friday so I can assure you they looked good and not brown. We had to close on Friday and the decision was made after you placed your order, so we connected with the funeral home to make special arrangements. Again please forgive our oversight in not calling you and updating you but we made sure your order was made and delivered with excellence.
I don't live in the area, but I have often purchased flowers from you for family that does. This purchase was for my sister-in-laws 90th birthday. She was delighted. Thank you again for the lovely way for us to show our love to her.

I needed a way to provide a St. Nicholas gift to a family member working away from home, and Curly Willow made this happen. A beautiful snack bag was delivered to the facility, full of delicious treats. I was happy to hear of the variety of snacks provided - very impressive. The chimes arrived at the funeral home exactly when they were required to. They had pretty greenery and roses atop and my friend really loved them. I thought they were very pretty chimes with the green etched leaves. They were different than the standard and the they sounded good too. Happy with the purchase.

This was a remembrance gift for a dear friend whose husband recently passed away. She said it gives a warm glow that isn’t distracting since she placed it near the tv. The flickering candle is so realistic and peaceful.

The arrangement exceeds expectations if you are basing your purchase on the photo. It is just gorgeous! Also, Curly Willow went above and beyond when they couldn't contact the recipient to make sure the arrangement wouldn't sit outside too long.

I ordered windchimes for a friend who lost a parent and they were delivered within 2 hours of my order. They are already hanging up and being enjoyed. This was the fastest service ever !
I live in TX and ordered the basket arrangement with 3 plants over the internet. My cousin called telling me how big and beautiful the plants were. I received a msg with picture that delivery was made and msg asking if I was satisfied! Excellent customer service and product. Will definitely use again.

Very easy to order through their website and the delivery fees were super reasonable. They apparently called the recipient the day before and asked when they would be home because it was supposed to be super cold the day they were being delivered. While it was a bummer that the surprise was no longer there, I really appreciate them doing that because the flowers would be harmed. I did dock 1 star because the flowers I ordered, i did the deluxe, and they did not appear very full in the photo I received from the recipient. Not sure if it was worth it to go up when the arrangement didn't look that much more full than the stock photo. But nothing that can be done about it. Thank you!

Thank you for the review! In regard to the upgrade, the vase size and the height of the arrangement would be similar to that pictured; however, I can assure you that just as stated in the upgrade description, additional blooms were added, and this arrangement was fuller and contained more premium blooms than the one pictured. Pictures can be deceiving, but rest assured your recipient received an arrangement at or above the value that you paid for it.
Curly Willow is my "go to" florist for family and friends in PA. Jim has an amazing eye and a wonderful talent in design. The designs are always very creative and not the run of the mill FTD arrangements. I have never been disappointed in any arrangement that we have ordered. (We always get a pic from the family!)
