With more than 10 years of experience in floral design and event planning, Annette has turned her lifelong love of flowers into a passion for creating beautiful and meaningful moments.
Her journey began while working in a flower shop, where she fell in love with the art of floral design—from sourcing beautiful blooms and combining colors and textures to seeing the happiness flowers bring to others.
Today, as the owner and floral designer behind Couture Flowers, Annette brings creativity, personal attention, and genuine love to every design. Her favorite part of her work is seeing a client's face light up and knowing that something she created helped make their moment even more special.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Same day Delivery ,If you order by 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday. For same day service on the weekend please order by 12:00 pm on Saturday. Holiday Delivery, To help assure on-time delivery the busy holidays season ,please place your order one day prior to the following major holidays, Christmas, Thanks giving , Valentin's day ,Mother's Day, Father's Day , Easter, Independence Day, and Labor day. Specific Times, We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on the orders. you may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and will do our best to accommodate your request. Delivery Times, Normal delivery times are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm daily , during the holidays we do have extended hours ,such as Mothers Day ,Valentine's, Funeral Homes, theses orders are our priority , if you have order a little too late its okay we will call to let you know so you make other arrangements or have something sent to the home . we will look up all the information for for you ,and contact the the funeral home for you and verify the time of the viewing and make arrangements for the flower delivery for you. If no one is home ,its okay the delivery person my leave it a safe place ,or even leave it with a neighbor ,or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery. Incorrect Addresses, if the address is incorrect and attempted to be d
delivered to address there is a 10.00 dollar address correction fee , we are not responsible for incorrect deliveries submitted by the customer .if such a delivery is made the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. Canceling or changing and order, Same day order are processed immediately , and cannot be changed due to the urgent nature of the florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process. Email changes or cancellations are NOT accepted. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call immediately .All changes or cancellations MUST be verbal. Request to leave at the door. The customer assumes all liability for the request to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions to be delivered to a door step , we cannot be held responsible for missing product due to special request. Recipient refusal of delivery, If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift. Card message , the message that you write in the card message field is the message that is sent with gift. we do not include any billing information with your order.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
