The shop then called me to verify that was the type of basket I wanted, and it was not, so they changed it for me...thank goodness!! What a great service! These people made a beautiful arrangement and when an issue appeared immediately reached out via phone to ask for guidance (Apartment numbers were not clearly marked at delivery locations). A quick adjustment to the main office at the complex, and my gift arrived as intended.
