Great customer service! I really love all of the updates and communication about my order. However, I chose the deluxe designer’s choice hoping to send a fuller arrangement to a family member’s funeral. While the arrangement was attractive, it seemed to have more filler than flowers. It was small considering the price I paid. I should have chosen a specific arrangement- being an out of town customer, I had to rely on the description from the website. Good florist, but make sure to choose something other than the designer’s choice.

The people at Country Home Florist couldn’t be nicer! That’s why I used them again. Also, the location is convenient for me. The bouquet was lovely and as pictured. However, I am a little disappointed that it was smaller than I expected since I chose “deluxe” when ordering so I expected there to be a few more flowers included (didn’t have to be all roses) but, I ordered online so I guess I should have called and asked them to specify what the up charge included. Oh well, it’s lovely and I’m sure my son’s date will be happy with it. I just expected a little more for the money I spent. Also, since they’re not open on Sat., the night of the prom, I had to pick them up on Friday. This time and last time, by the time of the dance, the flowers were already fully opened and starting to droop even though I kept them refrigerated and in water. Again, they’re lovely. I just want “perfect” when I spend a lot of money on flowers.

I was in a rush, and it was last minute. Country Home Florist was kind, helpful, and resourceful. They were able to assist me in choosing this lantern but mine had the Lord's Prayer written on it. They quickly prepared it for a "within an hour" delivery. Unfortunately, the service was out of their jurisdiction, (my bad- I had the wrong address) and I was able to take it with me.

Very speedy on their delivery. I ordered the Sweet Surprises arrangement for my sister at 9 and they were delivered by 9:50 to Crestwood Hospital. Surprised me. The arrangement was especially similar to the photograph. The only reason I put 4 stars and not 5 is due to pricing. I do feel they were about 3 times what they would cost if I stepped into say, Kroger, but I do realize also you pay extra for delivery. Just think they could come down about 20 dollars, or so. Either way, I'll call again if the need arises. Do recommend

The shop then called me to verify that was the type of basket I wanted, and it was not, so they changed it for me...thank goodness!!
