Exceptional service. I would definately recommend using this company for all your floral needs. I had checked an email, on the 7th that said my flowers were delivered. I had specified for them to be delivered on the eighth. Being concerned that they would wilt, I called and spoke to a very nice lady, and she told me that the wake for my aunt was on the 7th and then the floral arrangements would be taken to the funeral the next day. Being across the country, I was only given the funeral details. I found their consideration and thoughtfulness very touching to my heart. They went above and beyond their responsibility to assure my arrangement made it to, not only to the funeral, as I requested and only knew about, but to the viewing, which was at a completely different address and on a completely different day and time!! This is an example of excellent costumer service. I am so impressed and thankful. It is hard to find companies and people like this these days. I HIGHLY recommended you utilize this company's compassion for your floral needs. Wow! So impressive. Thank you all.

I sent flowers to someone who is grieving. On the website, this arrangement looked like the perfect expression of sympathy. The person sent me a picture of the flowers they received and it was not at all what i ordered! The basket was a low grade odd shape without a handle, the arrangement was white daisy's and vertical spike green stick. I am so embarrassed and sdad because it looks cheap and ugly and i feel like i insulted this person.

I was disappointed with the bouquet that was sent to my mother. I don't feel I received a good value for the cost of the flowers. With sales tax and delivery I spent $82.48, and in my opinion she received a second-rate arrangement that could have been bought at a grocery store. She was happy with it, but I was not. I am aware of the Substitution Policy, however what I paid for and what was delivered did not represent the overall theme or look. I am currently on deployment in the Middle East and will likely send my mother flowers again, but it is highly unlikely I would use your service again.

I ordered flowers for a friend who recently opened a business in Cold Spring. Not only was I super impressed with how beautiful the arrangements are but I was also impressed with their prices. Especially when asked, "When does this need to be delivered?" and I wrote "Today" thinking I was going to pay a small fortune for same day delivery, but it was dirt cheap. Probably the best (and easiest) floral purchase I've ever made. Six stars if I could!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
