What a wonderful business! Little did I know, when placing my order to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday, that she would be evacuating Asheville on the expected day of delivery. I left a voicemail with Charms expressing my condolences and wishfully requesting that the delivery be postponed, if possible. Great arrangement, though for over $100 it better be pretty darn good! The thing that did really annoy me was the delivery didn't happen until 7 PM, at which time my friend had already left to work the night shift. She saw it the following morning, but since it was supposed to be a mother's day gift, it would of been nice if she had received it that day! 7 PM is too late for a flower delivery!

The recipient (my elderly step mother) was totally delighted with the flowers. They really exceeded my expectations and she could not stop describing their beauty. She had one concern--the name of the florist was not listed anywhere on the delivery, just mine on the card. She really wanted to know where they came from so she could tell all her friends. In the future you might consider putting a card from your shop in with the delivery! Of course her eyesight is not good so perhaps it was there and she just missed it.
