I had this sent to my daughter and her first response was "Absolutely beautiful". Catherine's Gardens always delivers on time with beautiful arrangements. This was my first time ordering a plant and they went over and above for me.
I live out of town and wouldn't ever change florists as I know I can count on them every time!

This arrangement was for a coworker's birthday. I hadn't told Catherine's Garden but she had also started radiation therapy on Monday, so her spirits were very low.
While her order did not look exactly like the picture, it was exactly what she needed. It was beyond gorgeous!!

I placed my order online and had it set for a pickup. Something came up on my end to where I wasn’t able to do my pick up. I called them during the week and asked if they would be able to do a delivery instead and without hesitation, they said yes.

I was really surprised and disappointed. It was nothing like the picture. Not full at all. May have to reconsider ordering here in the future.

The bouquet exceeded my expectations! It was beautiful and full and worth every penny. And the delivery driver was amazing!! My mom’s bouquet was left with a neighbor. When she contacted them and explained that she was unable to get them due to having difficulty with mobility and a fear of walking on icy pavement he went and retrieved them and delivered them to my Mom. We were a bit disappointed upon seeing the arrangement in person. It lacked the fullness we were expecting, and the single roses awkwardly placed at the bottom seemed out of place and poorly thought out. Compared to the other arrangements at the service, this one fell short and didn’t meet the level of quality or impact we had hoped for. It left much to be desired.

Once again, Catherine's Gardens was a dream to work with! The online ordering system was easy to work with and they were courteous enough to call and leave me a VM to let me know that the color of flowers would be slightly different from what was shown in the example and that they would supplement with some additional flowers to make up for it. The arrangement had far fewer flowers than the picture shown and were mostly less expensive types (carnations and alstroemeria vs roses). There was a lot of green filler.

You're delivery was very quick and affordable. The recipient of my gift sent me a picture. It was pretty but it definitely was not as pretty as the picture. I understand availability is always an issue and substitutions are made. However it was not what I expected.
I was underwhelmed. There didn’t seem to be as many flowers as I expected for upgrading to the Deluxe.

Hi Wendell, thanks for your feedback. The Be Happy mug actually has greenery throughout the piece in between the flowers. The reason it was a little more apparent when delivered was because the flowers were fresh and not fully opened yet. We did include a brightly colored note letting you know the flowers arrived fresh and to kindly give them 2 days to open. Once they are fully open, the greenery will not be as obvious, just like the photo. Please reach out if you have more questions.

Unfortunately this arrangement did not arrive as pictured. The vase was a standard tall vase which meant the flowers looked too “skimpy” and not as well put together as the photo.
Flowers were red carnations and white daisies but seemed to have more white alstroemeria than anything else. And they were very limpy after 24hrs, even with fresh water.
Definitely disappointed this time around.

I ordered 2 Peace Lilies for my husbands wake. Why they were beautiful plants, one with many blooms, they were in extremely small pots. One of the pots did not have a plastic liner inside the basket, so when I watered it, all of the water poured through the pot, basket and onto my rug. The pots are so small there is not any soil in them and they must be watered frequently, so much more so than my other peace lilies.
My flowers are just beautiful. I always order from Catherine’s Gardens and I am never disappointed. Keep up the amazing work.

The plants where nice however, the item was very small, definitely not medium size. It was a little embarrassing how small the planter was. Catherine's normally does beautiful arrangements so I was disappointed.

Catherine's Gardens did a beautiful arrangement for my uncle's recent funeral home services. In truth, they were the most beautiful of the gifted flowers and, sitting on the stand next to his "matching the ribbon" blue casket, the arrangement made us so proud. A friend of mine in LA saw my photo I took and, in addition to being awed, said "that arrangement would cost at least $700 in L.A.
I agree they offer a lot for the money!!
They were also incredibly FRESH, smelled gorgeous, and uplifted my spirits at a sad time.
Lastly, they are very nice and professional and they know exactly how to handle a transaction.

I ordered from out of state not knowing anything about Catherine's Garden for my father-in-laws funeral services. The arrangement was perfect! They even called letting me know ahead of time that not all the white lily's they had were opened so they had added additional white mums as well so that the arrangement didn't look thin. It was stunning and we couldn't have been happier!

After seeing so many stunning and gorgeous arrangements by Catherine’s Gardens, we were underwhelmed with the arrangement we ordered. The roses in the arrangement actually looked old and the mauve color just made for a dull floral piece. The gift was for our 1st granddaughter and when we saw the arrangement we were disappointed. Sometimes when you're ordering flowers from afar you're disappointed with your selection and that's been the case with me on several occasions. So when my sister recently celebrated a marker birthday my aunt recommended Catherine's. I'm so glad I went with her recommendation. They were beautiful! My sister immediately sent me a picture and marveled over the lovely creamy shade of the roses. And as a collector of pumpkins, she was thrilled to be able to add one to her collection. Like people, flowers and greens are all different and unique. Each bundle is made with the same recipe. Some stems may be longer, some shorter, some thinner. But we always try to fill to the same proportion as shown in the picture. If you'd like to bring your bundle in today and exchange it for another one, we are more than happy to do so!

Well, she received the flowers and perfect timing, their family is going through a really tough time and had received even more bad news the night before, so this had put a little smile on their faces! When organizing the death of an immediate family member, dealing with flowers is low on the list, yet so very necessary. As per our conversation on the phone last night, the peace lily plant is just that, a plant. It does not have separate lilies that get inserted. The plant received was not in full bloom yet but it will bloom and does bloom 3 to 4 times a year. Once the plant blooms within the next week or two, the large white flowers will be fully visible. Unfortunately, we can not control how in bloom a plant arrives to us but the plant itself was large, full, and gorgeous.

The flowers were amazing, beautifully placed together and long lasting.
I really like how the delivery driver called and said he was about 10 minutes away. When you do deliveries sometimes you never know when they will get the item. The strawberries were delicious and a perfect addition. However, I was not impressed by the presentation of the flowers they were not as full as the picture and to be honest not the freshest. However, my mom was happy and that is what matters most. I did order this the Thursday prior I believe so maybe that is why the flowers weren't the best but at the end of the day wish it was fuller and fresher.

I pulled the order details and what I have that was sent and I'm trying to understand the differences as you see it as it looks like the only change was the vase, but it was still a purple crystal cut vase so the coloring would be the same. I want to give them 5 stars, bcuz we've had great luck so far, but ystrdy was disappointed with a delivery issue. We ordered a beautiful bouquet to be delivered to my mom's house specifically for our mom's caregiver, who has been doing an amazing job & had a kinda more stressful than normal week, so we wanted to thank her. (Fyi, All the other recent times/deliveries the flowers for mom have been delivered in early afternoon w/no time specification, but we wanted to make sure she received her bouquet before she left for a well-deserved nice 4-day weekend at 330pm on Fri.) Under the "Special instructions" I wrote it's important to PLEASE be sure to deliver btwn 12-3pm (even tho they've never been delivered that late, this time the timeframe did matter) By 310pm I was getting nervous bcuz she's lvg soon for the wkend...so I called the store to inquire their whereabouts, which after asking for the address of where the delivery is going & checking, they said it's already out for delivery, he's in your area & should be there real soon. So we coax her into staying for another half-hour, but no flowers

The arrangement was gorgeous. I emailed Catherine’s Gardens with questions and received a response from Julie (owner) right away. I purchased the casket spray for my aunt’s funeral and requested a red and peach/light pink arrangement. I also let her know that I would be driving from Iowa and then heading straight to the funeral/viewing afterwards. Julie made sure my aunt’s spray was ready before I arrived. When I picked it up, one of the employees walked it out to my truck and made sure it fit nicely in my back seat (waited outside holding the flowers until I moved all of my luggage out of the way). Great customer service! The arrangement looked just like the photo, with the color flowers I had requested. I highly recommend.

I don’t expect you to remember but 8 years ago, you did the flowers for our daughters June 16 th wedding at St Xavier and then the Mystic Blue at Navy Pier. You took a old purse my sister gave Sara and used it in her bouquet . You also painted and filled the adorable wire purses for the flower girls. Everyone love the flowers! We recommend you always!

There is a note that more roses were added as the lilies weren't fully open yet. If you could reach out and let us know the details of your complaint, we would very much like to go through the items to ensure your order was indeed handled properly.
I ordered this arrangement for my Mom for Mother’s Day because of the beautiful yellow colors including the yellow vase. She received an arrangement that looks nothing like this with a generic clear vase.
I will no longer be using this shop for flowers! Very disappointed!

The arrangement looks great. VERY pleased with the delivery and the cost of the delivery.
But, some of the flowers shown in the photo were not in the arrangement -- the white foliage shown was not in the bouquet, nor were the asters. I really like the asters.
I will use this company again -- I'll just ask to know about any substitutions next time so I can leave a review of 5 stars.

Although I didn't get this particular arrangement, I had a great experience. Tie dye roses were sent instead. But that's ok! My sister absolutely loved them. I was in charge of ordering this basket for my sisters and brothers-in-law for a family member. I used you instead of the funeral home's suggested florist which was 1-800FLOWERS. The reason I used you was because you did such a wonderful job for my son's wedding. I ordered this basket for a wake/funeral. It was delivered on a Monday for the wake. I did not attend the wake, but I did go to the funeral home on Tuesday morning prior to the church service. Unfortunately, I was THOROUGHLY EMBARRASSED! ALL of the flowers in the arrangement were dying/drooping! Since I was the reason we ordered from you, I was ashamed! Now I wonder if I should've gone through 1800FLOWERS. The arrangement received at the funeral home, did not come close to the arrangement in the photo! I understand there could be some adjustments made,; however, the amount of flowers as well as the vase received, could not compare to the photo, let alone the cost of the arrangement. Also, the card attached was poorly written and hard to read (I guess this could be considered a positive, so others couldn't read who the arrangement was from).
Because I ordered this arrangement for a group of individuals, I feel terrible that this is what the money collected went towards. The arrangement was for a dear friend of ours who passed away and the arrangement we selected took sometime as we wanted to ensure we had a beautiful representation of the friend we lost. I wanted to take a photo of the arrangement received so I could have proof of the difference between the two arrangements, but knew this would be inappropriate at the funeral home. I would not purchase flowers through this company and/or the florist again.

I show that everything that the arrangement called for was placed into the arrangement and the blue vase was used. Since I live in western Washington state, It is important for me to have a "local" florist in the Midlothian area, where I have family. I have used Catherine's four times, and have received rave reviews every time from family members. I am totally happy with the service received, and they have exceeded expectations evey time.

Julie from Catherine's Gardens was excellent. I placed the order on a Monday morning and she called soon after to say that if I could wait one day, they'd be getting in some fresh flowers that would last longer. She also threw in a box of truffles at no charge for my willingness to wait a day. When I asked about adding a couple peonies in lieu of the chocolates she said that would be fine. The next day, she called and left a voicemail stating the flowers were on their way, along with 5 peonies added to the bouquet...and she added the chocolates anyway. I'll order from them again!

Was disappointed & surprised that the actual arrangement looked less attractive than the picture . My friend sent me a picture of YOUR arrangement, and it was less than attractive.
I ordered my flowers online the morning of a wake. I ordered off of the picture that was displayed online. I ordered, wrote something special in the card and hoped it would get there. I was beyond pleased to not only see that the flowers had arrived but they looked exactly like the picture that was displayed. I was so grateful. Thank you!

I was very impressed by the service and promptness of my order with Julie on a Sunday morning. Same day delivery which was nice.
With that said, the floral arrangement surprise gift I sent was nice, but didn't quite meet the expectations of the photo on website in volume or color (and I upgaded the arrangement for additional $10), but all things considered was happy with the experience and my fiance enjoyed the flowers.

Honestly I was a little disappointed. The vase selected was not clear as in the picture, and too small. It made the flowers look squeezed/trapped. No room to really open up and shop volume.
Purchased the upgrade on the flowers for Mother's Day and from the picture of the actual arrangement, it looked like the regular size. Why pay more when additional roses don't look like they were even added? The arrangement on line was definitely nicer than what was received. How disappointing!
flowers in description were a different color than those received. The vase in the description was much nicer than received. Part of why I picked this was the uniqueness of the flowers in the setting. Orchids did not look as fresh as I would have hoped. Recipient liked the flowers.
