While we CAN promise amazingly beautiful and fresh local flowers in your gift, we can not promise exactly what they will be. Please know this- creating gorgeous flowers that bring people joy is our passion. Photos shown depict the look and feel of each design. We always send a photo of the actual flowers sent out, so you can see what beauty you have brought to your loved one. Thanks for trusting us in our artistic design and ability to select the freshest, seasonally available flowers!
**A note on the element of “Surprise”
After delivering flowers for a few years, we’ve discovered it’s imperative we make delivery arrangements with the recipient prior to delivery. We’ve experienced too many dogs, closed gates, no one home, no safe place to leave flowers, people on vacation etc. There are just too many variables that can happen, and our top priority is getting your perishable gift safely into the hands of your lucky recipient. We have found even with advance notice, the person receiving beautiful flowers is surprised and delighted upon seeing them for the first time.
We typically deliver between 1-5pm. If you need a specific delivery time, you may select delivery time at check out for an additional fee. All of our deliveries follow COVID safety guidelines.

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
