We also offer craft foods from our Yucca Valley Farms line of products and can arrange anything in a gift basket with shrink wrap, bow and/or balloons.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (760) 365-3323, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (760) 365-3323 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I ordered flowers to be delivered the morning of a funeral, and Cactus Flower went above and beyond by coordinating with the funeral home to deliver them the day before while the family was setting up. Unfortunately, my husband told me that the two helium balloons were deflated; one more than the other, and out of the remaining five, three had burst, leaving only two. I bought flowers to cheer someone up after their mother passed. The delivery driver came to the home, talked to a neighbor who said that there was no one by my name at the home. The driver didn't ask about the recipient's name, he asked for the person that purchased the flowers. I guess at that point, the driver just left the flowers with a random person? So in a nutshell, I ordered flowers to cheer someone up, they were delivered to the wrong person (who never provided proof of delivery), and when I called today to ask why they weren't delivered, they told me they were handed off to a random girl. Complete waste of time and money. Thank you for the extra headache/heartache, and not getting even a sample of what was purchased.

Im Sorry you feel the need to write a negative review when your friend did in fact recieve his flowers. you left me an address to a duplex with no unit number, leaving me to do the legwork. After calling you first and no response, I called him and he quickly answered but was occupied with his mother in the back room of the house, and didnt want to leave her side for obvious reasons. He then told me to leave the flowers on the table by the front door of the confirmed address that matched your provided address for delivery, plus the unit number. As I approached the door to set the flowers down, a woman came out and took the flowers from me. Your card message was vague and more of an inside joke that only the recipient would understand, with no card signiture indicating who they were from, nevertheless not much of a sympathy massage if you ask me. The lady who took the flowers from me was the recipients girlfriend and asked me who the flowers were sent from as no name was provided. She was shocked to hear the name of his ex-girlfriend from long long ago and thought that it was very strange for you to send flowers. I was in contact with the recipient the entire time with proper instructions on what to do and he in fact did recieve his flowers. In my experience of delivering flowers as a sympathy to someone who just lost a loved one, it is not uncommon for them to not call the same day they recieve a gift as they are emotional and want to say thank you for the kind gesture. Furthermore I dont appretiate your Woke Cancel Culture agenda, when you cant seem to get your affairs in order, your Ex has moved on and evidently you haven't, but thats not my fault and I dont deserve the negative review because it didnt go your way. We have been in business for almost 50 years and your little emotional tantrum outburst isn't going to change that. I hope you understand and have a better day, dont ever call my shop again.

Sending flowers from Michigan to California isn't always easy, got stung once. But this time it was very easy. Found one in the same town my sister lived in. Ordered on line, nice selection, ordered on Monday. The flowers were delivered same day. Ever since the new ownership, the shopping experience has not been the same. The quality of service has greatly suffered. First time using a local florist and I have to say anyone that lives in the area should never go anywhere else for their flowers! My girlfriend lives in Yucca Valley and every company I've used to send her flowers has delivered subpar service (on one occasion, they messed up the address and delivered her flowers in a box a day late, and when she got them they were already wilting; I was livid). This time I went local with your company. Purchasing the best arrangement for my beloved was easy, checkout was easy and delivery was outstanding. Needless to say, when her face lit up seeing the arrangement I bought (exactly as beautiful as pictured), that sealed the deal for me! You've made a repeat customer of me!!

I’ve used this florist before. I’ve spent 75.00 before and to be honest in the past the flower arrangements where huge. I liked the flowers but the fact that some colors they didn’t have got made with other colors and I upgraded this to premium. I just expected so much more. Well lesson learned next time just go to store look at availability and decide from there. Love the place but on this order they dropped the usual standard.

Hi Steven, We're sorry you weren't satisfied with the flower arrangement. You did order something specific and we made the arrangement very specific to what you had ordered. The arrangement you chose is in a smaller vase and we used a lot of extra stems to fill the order to the price of $75.00. Perhaps when you ordered from us before they were designer's choice arrangements and that's why they might of been larger (maybe a larger vase & more cost effective flowers etc.) To put it into perspective the arrangement was $55.00 standard you upgraded to $75.00 premium (a $20.00 difference) what is pictured in the standard arrangement is 4 gerbers, 4 stems of roses & spray roses and 2 stems of button mums. What was used was 8 or 9 gerbers, 6 stems of roses & spray roses and 5 stems of button mums. Roses are $5.50 per stem, gerbers are $3.50 per stem and the buttons are $2.50 per stem so what you got was definitely filled to and even over value and again, sorry you are disappointed.

Perhaps when you ordered from us before they were designer's choice arrangements and that's why they might of been larger (maybe a larger vase & more cost effective flowers etc.) To put it into perspective the arrangement was $55.00 standard you upgraded to $75.00 premium (a $20.00 difference) what is pictured in the standard arrangement is 4 gerbers, 4 stems of roses & spray roses and 2 stems of button mums. What was used was 8 or 9 gerbers, 6 stems of roses & spray roses and 5 stems of button mums. Roses are $5.50 per stem, gerbers are $3.50 per stem and the buttons are $2.50 per stem so what you got was definitely filled to and even over value and again, sorry you are disappointed.

I am a bit disappointed. I selected a floral arrangement and my daughter sent me a photo of what was delivered and it didn’t look at all what I thought I had ordered and payed for.

We did have to substitute some of the flowers in the arrangement because we don't always have everything available to us at all times, especially when it is ordered the day of/day before. It does state that on the website when placing an order. However, we will always fill the order to value. We did have to use hydrangea and light blue delphinium instead of the stock that is in the arrangement. We typically don't carry stock in the warmer summer months as it doesn't tend to hold up. Again, sorry for your disappointment. I almost always recommend calling in advance a few days ahead if you are wanting something exact to a picture.

I bought this particular arrangement because of the blue vase. The arrangement that Sarann received didn't look anything like what I thought I was buying. I ordered directly through your website because Sarann's daughter April told me to go through you instead of using 1-800-Flowers because she thought it would benefit your business. I spent close to $70 in total for an arrangement I wouldn't have bought had it looked like what Sarann received. Extremely disappointed.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
