Sent this to my sister-in-law for her bday. It was just beautiful!! Placed the order online on a Friday after the florist had closed and it was delivered promptly Monday. She was thrilled and sent me a picture to show how pretty the arrangement was! I will definitely use Buds & Bows again for my floral needs in Melbourne. ❤️

Also, in ordering the bouquet on line, I had forgotten to write a greeting card in the appropriate box...I just didn't see it and didn't realize it. A wonderful young lady (I apologize I don't know her name) called me the next day to confirm that I wanted a card and hand wrote my requested greeting to include with the flowers!

BUDS and BOWS is a wonderful florist! I live several hours away and this was first time using this florist. My sister was in the hospital and I ordered this flower arrangement just minutes before the florist closed on the 13th, for delivery on Valentine's day. The arrangement turned out beautiful and exactly what I wanted . The roses were very fresh and fragrant and still look beautiful 5 days later. The roses were a peachy color as you requested, they were not dingy and will last twice as long as any grocery store flowers (when properly cared for). All of our flowers will last at least a week guaranteed, in fact most of our customers have told us they have lasted for a couple weeks. I have used this business several times as I prefer to use local businesses. I don't use the 800 number types anymore as I can't get quick up to date info or changes that I sometimes need. The arrangement I ordered arrived very timely considering I didn't place the order until 10:30 or so that morning for same day delivery. This was a beautiful arrangement. I selected the largest "deluxe" size and I did think it would be just a little larger but it was still beautiful and looked exactly like the photo on the website. It was also nice to receive a picture of the finished arrangement.

I found and compared different florists through the Chamber of Commerce website. Buds & Bows had the best variety and prices in their selections. Called early in the morning before they were open, and someone answered my call. I had a tight deadline to meet with my birthday gift, and they assured me it would be delivered on time. It was!! they did such a great job and really helped out for the special occasion. They saved because I had another flower shop, but they cancelled on me last minute! It was a great arrangement and they were very accommodating!! My friend went home from the hospital before the flowers were made and I called on a day they were not open and they answered the phone. Buds & Bows came through quickly for me after another service delayed delivery by 11 days. I will definitely use them again when needed! The bouquet sent is BEAUTIFUL!

First time using this flower service. As long as my daughter is happy, that's all that counts. She was happy!

The arrangement that was delivered was pretty, but it contained less than half the flowers shown in the picture. For the price I paid, I expected to have a bouquet full of flowers, not just a few flowers with greenery. Amendment to my initial review. The shop contacted me and was willing to deliver another arrangement just to make sure I was satisfied. That was an amazing gesture on their part, but not necessary. The initial bouquet was very pretty and did contain unopened buds that I couldn't see in the picture. Thank you Buds and Bows for going the extra mile!

I found this company online trying to find an amazing floral birthday arrangement for my daughter 22nd birthday. It's hard sometimes to find suitable arrangements for younger adults. I saw the yellow and white daisies and I was sold.. The arrangement was just as beautiful as the website showed it. I called the day of to follow up and the guy I spoke to eased my anxiety of it being delivered on time. They actually sent me a picture of it. My daughter loved it and so did her coworkers. Yes it was more than I imagined.

I have to say that Tony at Buds and Bows provided the best customer service experience I have ever had. I live in Massachusetts, my mother lives in Florida and her birthday is February 13. I always worry that when I send her flowers-that they will get hung up in the craziness of Valentine's Day ( it has happened when I've ordered from other places) . I scheduled the delivery for yesterday and called yesterday evening to see if it had been delivered. Tony checked, found out that his driver had been stuck behind a truck that had dropped a refrigerator off it and blocked the road-so the flowers were not going to be delivered till about 8 o'clock. He offered to call my mother, let her know someone was coming so that she wouldn't be worried if someone rang the doorbell late, and that he would also explain what happened and let her know that I did not forget her on her birthday. I heard from my mom late last night-she told me that the flowers I sent were the best ever -and that someone called from there and explained what happened and assured her that I did remember her on her birthday. Thank you Tony! Will definitely recommend you and will definitely use you again and I also posted this review on Facebook ! Happy Valentine's Day!

Awesome florist. I love the fact that they send a photo of the arrangement that was delivered. They even followed up with an email to let me know the reaction of the person who received the flowers. What a nice touch. Would highly recommend them.

The bouquet was beautiful. However. It was much smaller than the way it was shown in the picture. I expected a larger bouquet. Also way too expensive.

Because I live in MA and the flowers went to my sister-in-law in FL I couldn't see the flowers in person but when she called me to thank me she described them and the container and she was very pleased, she said they were just beautiful, so I am very pleased. Thank you.

When I realized i'd forgotten my son and daughter-in-law's wedding anniversary I quickly ordered a beautiful floral arrangement in their wedding colors from Buds and Bows. I had done business with them previously and was very pleased with my previous orders. Tony got right on my order and delivered a gorgeous arrangement that afternoon to the kids surprise. They loved the arrangement, sent me a picture and the flowers are gorgeous and very fresh! Thank you Tony and wife for such a beautiful flower arrangement at such short notice!

Customer service was nice and flowers got delivered on same day. However, the actual arrangement looked VERY different from the photo. It's not that the roses haven't bloomed yet, it's the size of flowers and branches, all over the place, with no balance or harmony. It looks like this was put together in the rush!

I placed an order the evening before I needed an arrangement delivered. It was delivered the next morning and looks just like the picture. I was pleased and will certainly return.

Beautiful arrangement.

The flowers were beautiful, and were the perfect size for the bottom half of the casket. They were delivered before the service and were on display when the family arrived. This was the first time I used Buds & Bows Floral Design, but I'm sure it won't be the last. Thank you.

Ordering from out of state always makes me nervous that I won't receive what I exactly what I have ordered. Buds and Bows was wonderful to work with.
