I have ordered by calling into the store and by using the online service - both work seamlessly. I am extremely happy with "designer's choice" as they have delivered some of the most beautiful floral designs I have seen. A shame that they do not have a store in Boston!

I see that there is a substitution clause, but was pretty bummed about the tulips. The tulips were the main reason I chose this arrangement. The substitution for the tulips were snapdragons.
