Always delightful; never a disappointment - flowers from Brent Douglas Flowers that is. I do not live in the area, so I was delighted I found the store, tried it once, and then again, and again... I have ordered by calling into the store and by using the online service - both work seamlessly. I am extremely happy with "designer's choice" as they have delivered some of the most beautiful floral designs I have seen. A shame that they do not have a store in Boston!

I am always hesitate to send flowers long distance as I have had many bad experiences. I choose Brent Douglas Flowers in Wisconsin since they were local and had many nice selections. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and I knew right away I made a good decision. My flowers were delivered and I received notice of such. Later that day I received an email stating that the balloons had not made it with the order. Brent Douglas offered to deliver them right away! Always easy to call or place order online. You can totally trust them to arrange something with the least amount of directions given. Deliveries are done early or around lunch so they can be a someone's workplace for at least half the day.

At first, I was disappointed when my son sent me a photo of the birthday planter that I had sent him. It looked half-full, as if it were missing greenery, not at all like the picture from the website. I called the store and they realized that his planter had accidentally been swapped with one that was still in process. The florist apologized, IMMEDIATELY went to my son’s workplace, replaced the incorrect order, gave him another small plant as an apology AND they gave me a credit on my bill.
