How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (203) 966-3180, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (203) 966-3180 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

|demands there had to be a switch in flowers, lilies instead of orchids, wished they had been white lilies as it was Easter rather than pink but all in all, the arrangement was a surprise and it was greatly appreciated. The quality of the arrangement was superb.

|I called first and left a vmail. The outgoing message directed me to their website where I was able to place my order for same day delivery. In the meantime, I received a return call from the owner who is operating on her own right now, and making all of their deliveries - yet she took the time to call me back and thank me for my order!
My flowers arrived on time, and were beautiful, and very well received.

|When I pick them up in store they last at least a week, definitely more than 2 days. I will continue to go to the store as the arrangements are great but will not order online again. Hope this helps.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
