The flowers looked completely different than pictured. The picture shows pink roses and carnations. Flower arrangement received only had pink carnations and purple flowers. The pink lilies will bloom and make the arrangement look like the picture. Also, the wrong note was delivered. Which means someone else got my note and may be upset because they’ll think their significant other is cheating.

I really liked the arrangement, I believe my issue was just the purple filler flowers that were used. That was my mistake though, I didn’t specify what filler I wanted used or asked what filler flower would be used. I would have liked a white filler flower or even a red one. I made a special request to have a photo sent to me of the flowers. Unfortunately, I did NOT receive one. (It's so easy to send a photo. This should be pro forma these days.)
And the email confirmation of delivery arrived a day AFTER the delivery. This truly surprised me.
* One doesn't wish to ask for a photo from the recipient for a sympathy bouquet or to ask if the flowers arrived. I am sure the flowers must have been pretty but the lack of care from the florist was disappointing.

I was ordering from the UK, slight difficulty was there was only US options on the billing address which meant i had to use the delivery address, which may cause an issue. The flowers also couldn't be delivered to the work address i had specified but Blushing petals were proactive in getting them out to my partners home address. This is the second time I order with you guys. I love the flowers, but yesterday (Mother’s Day) you guys didn’t deliver the flowers until 8pm. I had requested for them to be delivered before 12pm. I kept calling the store to figure out what had happened. I called several times through out the afternoon. I ordered The Basket of Love for two of my sweet cousins in the Inglewood and Los Angels area for Mother’s Day. One basket was delivered on Saturday per request and the other on Sunday. I received phone calls from each young lady soon after delivery. They both happy and surprised! Both described how beautiful the arrangement was with so many pink fragrant flowers. Amazing experience. First time ordering so didn’t know what to expect, but the arrangement was really beyond any expectation, beautiful and lush. More than the photos. The basket was filled all around and had no “front” it’s was ALL front.

Excellent service. I ordered the arrangement the day of before the cut-off time indicated online and it was delivered that same day. It really was a heartfelt surprise to my friends and their family honoring the passing of their family member. I would have liked to see a picture of what the actual arrangement looks like before delivery to ensure it is what I paid for but overall I was very pleased.
