Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (704) 892-7960, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

The arrangement was not worth even close to the $90 paid. Very disappointing, as I was giving it as a gift and it was quite small and didn’t look like it was worth more than $50.

What my mother received was completely different than what I ordered, which is not my primary issue with my experience. The owner offered me nothing for the inconvenience (not even an apology) and was quite dismissive when I spoke with her by phone.

I am disappointed reading this review since this incident happened over a year ago. I'm a bit shocked because we spoke on the phone as well as sent multiple e-mails back and forth discussing the situation that occurred February 22, 2023. When you emailed me originally with a picture of the arrangement with your complaint I called you immediately. I wanted to discuss the situation and solve the problem. I explained that the picture your mother sent didn't look like the correct colors in the arrangement and I could understand your disappointment by the look of the picture (it looked all one color) but I assured you that there was only 1 minor substitution and that unfortunately the colors in the picture sent were distorted and that was not what it actually looked like. I even sent you a picture of the three different types of roses that were used in the arrangement so you could tell they were all very different and were not all the same color. I offered to send a replacement arrangement, however I did mention it would be the exact arrangement I had already delivered. I am very sorry you were disappointed however having ordered from my shop multiple times over 4 years and knowing the quality and nature of how I run my business, I am very surprised you are just now writing this review especially since we talked about it the day it happened.

The arrangement arrived and was pretty but not as spectacular like pictured on website. It also didn’t have the volume that you’d expect for paying over $125. Frankly it was very underwhelming. I’ll explore other choices next time.

Another winner of an arrangement delivered! Again, for any reading this, if you're out of state (NC) and looking for a florist in the Lake Norman area, this is the place. Fresh greens, unbruised flowers, good selection, and apparently they have team of top notch floral designers - because never a disappointment in floral design, flow, colors used, in a phrase, always beautiful.

The arrangement we got was not nearly as lovely or as full as this one. We paid $100.00 for it and it really looked more like a $65 arrangement. I have to say we were disappointed.

It’s always hard to send flowers from an area you aren’t familiar with. These flowers were well over a hundred dollars and were mainly all filler with maybe 2 roses. Quite disappointing to receive a photo from the recipient. We had high hopes.

Once again the folks at BG met and surpassed the request. Last minute custom request was loosely worded - akin to 'squirrel nest' (long story don't ask ha ha). They created a classic arrangement that could be a rustic-modern take on any Furber print. BFF loved it, said that the arrangement had a wonderful scent and just the right touch to indicate a squirrel tail.

Outstanding experience! Blumengarten delivered outside their area to make sure my wife received her flowers for our 26th anniversary. I offered to pay additional delivery fees but Blumengarten told me not to worry about it. It was my fault. My wife works between two locations, one in their delivery area and the other outside. The arrangement delivered was not nearly as pretty as pictured ---I understand you need to sub flowers at certain times of the year ---but there were no berries from what I could tell - which I know are still avaialble this time of year and there were inexpensive mums instead of gerber daisies and not as many hydrangeas ---Recipient loved it ---but I was disapointed at the arrangement for the price.
