Blue Violet Flowers
Blue Violet Flowers opened its doors in 2016 in Simi Valley, with a simple setup inspired by the flower markets based on luxury floral and plant arrangement services. We believe flower design is one kind of living arts, and we take great care in design and delivering arrangements to businesses, residential and individuals in the East Cities of Ventura County and West Cities of Los Angeles County. Our services range is from a simple bud vases flower arrangement to luxury bouquet, Plant and Succulents. We work with hotels, restaurants, offices, residential and commercial buildings, salons, spas, retailers, event spaces, and private clients. Guided by company founder Sherry Parsa passion for architecture and good design, we approach every client’s individual needs with the care and attention to detail that have led us to where we are today. From the time of our company’s founding in 2016, we have known that building a world-renowned floral company wouldn’t happen overnight. Instead, we are grown city by city, first in Simi Valley and now we serve for most of the cities in Ventura county and Los Angeles County after moving to the new location in Thousand Oaks. In each city our dedicated teams on the ground work hand in hand with our clients to provide services that consistently go above and beyond. Shirley Parsa
My Name is Shirley Parsa the Head Florist of the Blue Violet Flowers. I started my professional Floral Education courses in Michael Gaffney Floral Designing classes. I could pass the courses within six months and start working in a flower shop as an intern florist immediately. The owner of the Flower Shop was always telling me that I have a designing vision somehow different than the others. She always encouraged and supported me for the innovation and creativity in florist design orders. I became her first florist for special customers and orders shortly. After about 18 months working in there and getting lots of experiences, I decided to open my own Flower Shop. The first store opened in Simi Valley and after two years we moved to our new location in Thousand Oaks City to have better opportunities. Right now the store is running by help of other florist. We also have delivery to several Cities such as Moorpark, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Oak Park, Westlake Village and Agoura Hills. Our goal is to be the best Florist in these cities and get the most customer satisfaction too. We always count on your supports and recommendation to achieve goal. I ordered flowers and assorted chocolates. The flowers were delivered, very pretty. The chocolates were NOT. As in other reviews, the owner made a substitute, for me was Turkish Delights. They are NOT chocolates. I never would have ordered if I knew. The owner did not contact about the substitution. I would like a refund for the chocolates.
I have called the florist, spoke with a pleasant young man, who is passing on the information to the owner. Have not heard from him yet. Hold please…..owner got back to me, refunded the cost of chocolates.

he flowers were beautiful — my wife absolutely loved them. But as the person who ordered them, the experience was stressful and disappointing. I placed the order online at 10am expecting that they’d be delivered within a few hours. While there was no promised time window, I think most people would reasonably expect a 2–3 hour timeframe — especially on a Monday, with no holidays or high-traffic events going on.
Instead, the flowers didn’t arrive until after 3:45pm — over 5 hours later. I had to call just to get an ETA, and when I did, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the long delay. I followed up with an email giving updates and still got no response.
The flowers themselves were lovely, but the lack of communication and customer care really took away from the experience. I’m hesitant to order again unless the service improves.

I specifically ordered this bouquet as they had Australian flowers in them and I'm in Australia while the recipient is in Thousand Oaks. They arrived with just the roses and purple filler flowers. The florist didn't even replace what was missing and they cost a lot to be ordered and delivered. I wrote to Sherry twice to see if we could sort this, but she never even bothered to reply. I feel totally disappointed and ripped off! Unless this changes and they fix the situation, I'll never patronise this establishment again. Oh, and to add insult to injury, I'm now being bombarded with daily, unsolicited emails.

The flowers received for not look like the photo at all. And the vase was not a Marquis by Waterford. This was absolutely not what I ordered and not worth the money spent. It was also delivered 4 hours late. I’d like someone to contact me asap for a refund.

It was okay I guess, but they added a ton of roses. I guess they thought that would be nice, or needed to hit the ridiculous price, but I don’t like roses. I wish I could upload a photo, as it looked a bit sloppy versus the sleek online photo.

My grandmother sent me photos holding her arrangement! It was huge! And this one only came in one size.
These arrangements are was well worth the price and they delivered to her gated community without any issues. They are beautifully arranged and do not overload with greenery (unless you choose one that’s greenery heavy, then I guess it would be)
This is the Fourth time I’ve ordered from Blue Violet and I will happily do so again!

I ordered online and also signed up for text same-day delivery notifications. I hadn't received any notification towards the end of the day, and called the store, and it was being made for delivery. My recipient received the arrangement and sent me a photo. Bought the deluxe bouquet, so it was an up charge. It did not have that many flowers for the pricing that I have paid at other locations it had lots of empty space and of course the photo always looks better but it was night and day. I also called in to ask for an ETA on delivery and the first lady that answered seemed nice and may not of understood what I was asking so she passed me to a gentleman that seemed like he did not have time or could care less about my simple question. I ordered from out of state and have heard of horror stories about what’s actually delivered compared to what was ordered. These flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The bouquet that was delivered look nothing like the bouquet I ordered. They replaced roses and all the pretty surrounding flowers with carnations. The bouquet looks so sparse and empty. It looked cheap. This was a sympathy bouquet for a friend whose mother just died. There was a sympathy card attached so they knew what this was for. I'm very disappointed and saddened that we can't trust a local florist. I wish I could post a picture of what was delivered so that you can see for yourself.

The ordering process was easy, and roses were nice and smelled really good, according to my wife, who received them. The downside is that we did not receive the chocolate strawberries displayed in the picture and stated in the description. I talked to Max and said it's because of Covid. Keep in mind we are 2023 when masks are not mandatory. A heads up would have been nice or better yet, changing the picture or the description. This is a false advertisement, in my opinion.

Second, the delivery showed up around 7PM, which was not expected on Valentine’s Day which was extremely disappointing. I have reached out to resolve this as well, and have not heard a thing. This was my first time ordering from you. I live in NJ and send flowers to my mother-in-law for different occasions. The florist that I had been using for years, closed. The arrangement that was delivered did not come close to the bouquet I ordered (cheery and bright for a birthday). Instead, a very fall looking, dark colored arrangement was sent, it looked like a Thanksgiving or Autumn arrangement. I understand that the exact flowers are not always available, but given the occasion and visual representation of the original order, it was very disappointing. On a positive note, I did mistakenly provide the incorrect address, and you did get it delivered to the correct one, and I appreciate that. Happy to send you a picture of what was delivered for comparison.

I paid extra for the arrangement to look like the one pictured. It looked nothing like it. Seemed like the droopy flowers were thrown together in a hurry. I thought my wife would be getting a nice box of assorted chocolates, but instead got Toffifay. Won’t be ordering here again.

The decedent's favorite roses were Sterlings and we were also expecting the complementing white flowers per the picture. We were not expecting the garish hot pink and purple - it was not as elegant nor serene as the ones in pictured in the All Things Bright Bouquet photo. Especially for the loss of a loved one. Before purchasing this arrangement I called to see if the premium bouquet would have more flowers and a larger diameter. The person on the phone assured me there would be 2 hydrangeas and more white roses. What was delivered looked pretty disappointing. Only one hydrangea and three roses and a few closed lilies. The arrangement looked thrown together not professionally crafted and the card was hand written with several mess ups so words had darker letters, like they couldn’t have printed it out or re-written it to look nicer. For $134, I was pretty disappointed. My mom ordered the same bouquet and it came out much nicer so it appears that consistency at this shop needs to be improved.

What a treat to discover this real Thousand Oaks flower shop after a failed experiment with ordering with an online only company. I live in the Bay Area and wanted to send flowers to my sister for Christmas eve and called at 1:30 - late, right? First, someone answered the phone and said I still had time to get my order in so it could still go out. So I found the bouquet I liked online and ordered it, then called to see if they really had those flowers. They didn't have the lilies, so he talked to me about the substitution options, I settled on carnations and he is sending me a refund of the price difference. The flowers arrived at my sister's house before 4 pm, and I got an email saying they'd been delivered! Now THAT is excellent customer service and online efficiency! I'll be back!

I ordered this for my friend. Her dad passed away. I asked the florist to add some "stock" flowers, which they did. I had my friend send me a picture of what she received. It didn't have half the flowers this picture shows. I ordered from Blue Violet because my daughter had used them from Seattle to send me flowers & they were Gorgeous!
