Elaine was awesome to work with!!! I live in NH and was sending flowers to friends in TX. She was pleasant and friendly when she called to get my approval to change some flowers since the supplier's quality for the flowers I chose were not up to her standards. She gave suggestions for an upgraded version but did not charge for the upgrade then texted me a pic of the arrangement before delivering. She also texted a pic of the arrangement on the front steps. I was so pleased with her customer service and professionalism! I will definitely order from them again.

If I could give this a 20 star review, I would. My ex-fiance and I had broken off our relationship/engagement and I was sending flowers, because she is the love of my life. These people called me and said my message broke their hearts. She told me she was delivering my flowers and would call me back when the delivery was done, to let me know how they were received by my ex. Unfortunately, she did not answer the door, but she still called me and informed me of that fact, sent me a pic of my delivery by her door. Above and beyond customer service.

They also informed the patient of the best way to care for the flowers for longetivity. the flowers were beautiful and the patient was very pleased.

Where do I begin! I placed an online order for sympathy flowers on a Monday morning requesting delivery on Wednesday after 2:00 pm. On Wednesday at 3:30 I was contacted and advised that Big Bud's Florist is in the process of moving and they are not fulfilling orders but they did find another florist, Grace's Florist, who agreed to fulfill the order. In my conversation with Big Buds, I specifically mentioned the arrangement I ordered because the recipient has pets and I need something non toxic. I was told the other florist would be advised. No delivery was done on Wednesday and no follow up came from either florist. I reached out on Thursday morning to see what the status was and Big Bud's said the flowers were out for delivery. The recipient was at work but her ring camera picked up the picture of the delivery - nice arrangement but the peace lily included in the arrangement is very toxic to pets so I had to inform my friend of this. The card she received had no mention of the very nice expression of sympathy I had asked be included on the card. Instead it was signed with some illegible words/name that were incorrect. This was not a cheap arrangement and I am so disappointed all the way around from start to finish on this. I should have been contacted as soon as Big Bud's Florist got my order so they could let me know what was going on with their business and I could have the option to contact another florist on my own, but that didn't happen. It seemed letting me know all this was an after thought and then they were scrambling to cover their tracks. I won't be using Big Bud's Florist or Grace's Florist again. It is so disheartening that businesses just don't care about customer service.

Lee was very nice on the phone. I’m sure she was extremely busy due to it being Valentine’s Day but she still made me feel as though I was important. I was not pleased with what came to my door, however. The arrangement was fresh, but was not as full as I expected. It was very sparsely put together. I do not feel as though it had the value for what I paid for. Again I know it was Valentine’s Day, but it really shouldn’t taken until after 8 PM for it to arrive. I pre-ordered it two days before. This is the second year I have purchased from buds. I was extremely happy with my experience last year but after this year, I am not sure if I will purchase again next year.

Flowers were beautiful. I understand it’s an extremely busy day, I just wish they would have arrived earlier. I ordered the flowers well in advance and expected them to arrive while my wife was at home during the day. I got home from work and called to verify an ETA and I was told within the hour and that was around 5:30. The flowers didn’t arrive until 8:20 and we unfortunately were not at home. My wife found out through our doorbell camera which was kind of disappointed. Outside of that, I think the product was beautiful

I made a same day order for delivery to my child at college. Item could not be delivered that day but Big Bud's apologized repeatedly and made the delivery the next morning, adding a huger bag of high quality chocolates. Care instructions were included for a beautiful plant AND the delivery person sent me a picture of my student with the candy and chocolate, sending it to me via test upon delivery. We were very pleased with the care Big Bud's took to make things not only right, but better than expected.

I ordered this beautiful bouquet for my future mother in law and what she got was nothing like what I ordered. I am very disappointed. I paid a lot of money for this bouquet and she didn't get half the flowers in this arrangements. They also didn't deliver the flowers until late in the day. I wanted to use a local flower shop so that the flowers would be an arrangement and not delivered in a box, HOWEVER, the arrangement that she received was very disappointing and I paid a lot of money for that arrangement. I won't be using this shop again.

The woman that delivered the flowers called me out of concern bc one of my grandchildren came to the door but there didn’t seem to be an an adult nearby. I thought that was extremely kind and considerate of her to take the time to call me with her concern! She is a valuable member of your team! Wanted to send a sympathy basket for a dear friend of my who's step father passed away yesterday, so I placed an order on line with Big Bud's Florist to be delivered today, which I had never used before. After placing the order , several hours later I received a call from Alaine asking if she could deliver the basket tomorrow (Sunday). I told her that was fine, but since we were expecting bad weather I hated for a delivery person to be out, and she was very appreciative and said she will work on it and try to deliver today. Alaine was AWESOME! She kept me updated and called me at 7:22pm to let me know that she made the delivery and sent a photo and called my friend to let her know it was on the front porch. When my friend got home she called me letting me know what a beautiful basket it was. Again, thank you so much Alaine for your work and talent and excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend Big Bud's Florist and use them again.

As I never have good luck with flowers, and I am located out of state, I try to use direct and local shops. This is not my first time with the particular shop, I believe this is the 3rd or 4th time in 5 years for a remote employee’s anniversary. The first few years I had amazing experiences. However, since the shop has grown each year the experience gets more questionable. Last year the anniversary date I needed was the only day of the week they did not do deliveries so I ordered elsewhere, but I did like the lady I had spoken to a few times in prior years so I came back ordering from the website this year. The delivery and flowers this year did not go as expected as most of the flowers were buds not close to blooming yet as the picture shows. Also, this was a work anniversary, which you can tell from the card, but it was not delivered until the end of her work day around 4pm. Our team was not able to celebrate this big day with our remote employee, because the flowers were to be the start of other surprises throughout the day. We were left cramming everything into the last hour as typically the flowers have been delivered earlier in the afternoon, which is what we had planned for. It was our mistake assuming. When we called to find out the status of delivery after lunch, we learned then that this shop does not start deliveries until 2:30p and handles them in bulk. We will not order from this website next year.

Great arrangements done by floral designer Luke and Elaine services the phones and runs the operation. Our order was placed on evening of 12/22 and out for delivery on 12/23- AMAZING!! Our North Carolina family members loved the customized holiday arrangement. DON"T EVER CALL THE 1-800 big corp for flowers- stay local and support a community based operation. The arrangement was beautiful but only lasted 1 week (delivered 11/24 and today is the 30th) as most of the flowers have died. I know many people don't upkeep fresh water daily and usually that's the culprit, but not in this case as we are a landscape company and appreciate flowers. The arrangement I had ordered previous to this one lasted 3 weeks before it was time to toss it, so guess I'm a little disappointed these are looking as unhappy as they are already. Horrible experience, so many florists in the area and not sure why I picked them. So, they committed to a delivery time and never showed up, even confirmed to send me a picture of the arrangement and never did. Then I called for an ETA and they offered to drop it off at the door 3 hrs later from original scheduled time while we were out for dinner to end the birthday celebration. Just remembered why I picked them, for their $15 ‘hand delivery’ service, and their close proximity to the delivery address. Usually I would give them the benefit of doubt and accept the cause for not committing to the service, but they didn’t offer to turn it into a positive experience with the intent to make me happy after all this—don’t waste your time with them.

Regrettably the order that was delivered was nothing like I requested. If you were going to substitute then I think you should contact the customer first. When I reached out to let you know this, I was told the owner would be notified. Never heard back. I requested a partial refund but no response.

Big Bud's florist sent a lovely arrangement to a family member that was just beautiful. Their stock flowers for the basket we ordered didn't meet their standards and so they called me to let me know that they wanted to make some changes to the types of flowers that were added to the basket, along with a photo!! It was just lovely and their extra care in showing me the arrangement to make sure I approved was wonderful.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Big Bud's Florist having just randomly chosen them since I was out of town ordering for someone local. While in a deer stand in West Virginia, I ordered these items online for my wife, daughter, and soon to be grandson. What a great experience! I ordered online on Saturday for same day delivery. I'm in Pennsylvania so I wanted a local (Huntersville, NC) florist to deliver for my Uncle's funeral. I was blown away by the service I was provided! I was contacted several times by email in the process. In keeping with our intent to use local businesses, we reached out to Big Bud's for a sympathy arrangement. We had never used them before. The arrangement was even prettier than the picture (not a common thing with florists). As a phenomenal courtesy, a member of Big Bud's staff called us to let us know they had found out the day and time of the service and would be delivering to the funeral home an hour before to make sure the flowers were fresh. I specifically searched for a plant that was different for a funeral. I knew the family was going to recieve at least two peace lillies so I made it a point to find something different. I purchased and expected a dieffenbachia but upon arriving to the funeral I found out that big buds florist sent a PEACE LILLY!!! I was very disappointed. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
