Great experience. Pricing is a little high but everything was up front and no hidden charges like some of the other online sites. Was able to locate this florist on the map so knew they were legitimately in Santa Rosa unlike others that pretend they are. Best of all, my stepmother loved her flowers and they looked great. I’m surprised you even ask given your deceptive advertising. I was very disappointed when I got a photo of the flowers that were delivered to my sister. The basket above is packed full of flowers and has Gerber Daisy’s as the highlight. I understand that substitution might be necessary but the flowers were omitted altogether! What was delivered was a basket of greenery with a few flowers thrown in. Attractive but not what was expected - at all. The website indicates the photo above is the standard size, so that was what I ordered. I would have sized up to get the arrangement shown if I needed to. Disappointed to say the least. Two stars because the arrangement was delivered quickly which was appreciated.

I ordered a dozen red roses and requested that one Yellow rose be included. If it costs more, I stated that would be fine. The dozen roses were delivered on time, but was missing the yellow rose. The yellow rose has significance for us and we have had it delivered this way for 40 years. This was the first year it was not done correctly. You need to pay greater attention to individual orders so you can truly say you are doing well. Thank You.

Historically, I have been very satisfied with Bevess Floral, so this is my first mixed review. The arrangement, Winter Blues, was lovely, pleasing to the eye and delivered on time. It comes in either standard or deluxe, I ordered deluxe. Unfortunately, the arrangement appeared as standard. I will order again from Bevess and give them the benefit of the doubt, given the impact of COVID-19. I'll see what the next order is like and will end on a positive note; the quality of their flora is excellent.

I ordered the to my love bouquet and they did not have the Vase as pictured. So I had to choose a different vase and they would also for my inconvenience add more flowers.. I received them like promised but the vase had a imperfect bottom , so the flowers wanted to fall all the time. The bouquet did not have any more flowers and all the flowers it did have where all on the same side of the vase. So if you wanted to put it on a table and walk around you would only see green on the back if it didn’t fall over ..

Flowers were delivered early evening and some flowers were already wilted. First time I have heard from the receiver that the flowers were ugly. Due to the late arrival of the delivery, I had to go out before my mom's birthday dinner and buy another arrangement because it appeared this arrangement was not showing up and the store was already closed when I tried to call to see if the delivery was still coming. It what I had expected from a florist. The vase is not what is shown that is purchased. I paid for premium flowers and got grocery store quality. The picture shows the bouquet full and this was not. The lady who delivered the flowers did not knock on the door to deliver the flowers she just set them on the porch and walk away. She spent a decent amount of time just sitting in the vehicle in front of the house. I have it all on my home cameras. I had flowers sent to my fiancee because I wasn't going to be home and wanted to surprise her. Unfortunately with no knock on the door for the flower delivery they were still sitting on the porch when I got home. Definitely won't be going back. Extremely disheartening situation.

My sister-in-law sent me a picture of the flowers she received. I was disappointed that they weren’t nearly as pretty as what you have pictured. You also show 6 balloons and she got 2. I would have been happier if it had at least been close to what was pictured.
