The flowers were beautiful when they were delivered. However, 4 hours later the petals began to fall off. They were not near any heat source, I guess they were just older.After contacting the florist, The roses were replaced at no charge, with an apology. The plants were very nice. I was not fond of the particular selected silk flowers in comparison with the picture on your website. But I was most disappointed with the pot based on the picture and the price difference. I was expecting a ceramic pot rather than the straw basket that was delivered. If I had known the pot was going to be changed, I would have ordered the Delightful Dieffenbachia. I do not order many flowers but I would think that you would contact me if you were making a significant change in case I wanted to change my order.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
