About:
Our everlasting roses, are imported directly from Ecuador where they are treated with a proprietary solution and color pigmentation process that transforms them into long lasting roses that maintain their freshness and biological structure. The roses are treated using a non-toxic and non-allergenic wax formula that is similiar to silica. The outcome is that our roses continue to look and feel like real roses - because they are real - with the difference being that they will maintain their integrity and color for up to a year.
Maintenance:
The only maintenance they require is a light dusting from time to time. Do NOT water the roses. Do NOT remove the roses from their container. Do NOT place anything onto the roses as they can crush and damage them. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Keep the arrangement in a room temperature environment. Please note, the lid is meant to stay on the side or bottom of the box. Positioning dark colored roses next to light color roses may result in the darker rose color bleeding onto the light roses.

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
