Amazing experience. Thank you. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral service and indicated in my notes that this was for a person who loved yellow flowers and if it was possible to add more yellow to the arrangement I would appreciate that. I immediately received a phone call after submitting my order, and Claudia went over how she could replace the pink in the arrangement with orange and yellow and that she would text me a picture later that day, which she did. I was so thankful as this was a difficult moment and felt very supported by this whole process. It was also delivered on time and my colleagues told me that the arrangement was displayed at the memorial service and was beautiful. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
